1 /5 Amanda Stan: Moved here a year ago and have been nervous about finding a new place for my hair. I expressed these concerns and was reassured I was in great hands. I was directed to Alessandra and made an appointment. There were a few minor things I can get over, being late, not being too personable…but she did the exact opposite of what I asked for with my hair. I even showed her several pictures so there was a good idea. I will never come back here and now have to find a place and spend more to correct my now extremely brunette hair. I don’t even think this deserves 1 star…….

Tammy Robbins: My first ever visit was pleasant and the haircut was not really what I wanted! I think the stylist was afraid to cut my hair short! She did what she wanted! I asked her to cut over my ears (multiple times) in which she did not! I left liking the cut but it is so not as short as I wanted it. I was not going fuss over it. I rescheduled for 6 weeks. I needed to reschedule and when I did the highlight was taken off the schedule. Not enough time they said. Trying to work with the front desk to reschedule was a chore! I canceled my appointment and will not go back. They cater to their long term clients (which is awesome) but to become a long term client you need good customer service up front!
