As I am a new patient, Casey was able to get me all signed up into the system very quickly and easily. Almost immediately I was called back by Candy who took my vitals and was very kind and patient with me. And there was almost no wait until the provider, Lindsey, came in to check me out. She was very quick and thorough as well. Altogether, the whole process was very fast and everyone was so friendly/kind. That was my first time going to an Advent Urgent Care, but it will not be my last. Please tell these medical professionals that they are appreciated, as I appreciate them very much. Thanks again!! 1 /5 Rebeca Rincan: What bad service, we arrived 10 minutes early. I brought my husband, who was very sick, and they didnt want to take care of him without doing anything. They simply said, "Come back tomorrow." I couldnt take him, I was desperate and couldnt take him to the emergency room. These places shouldnt open if they dont work with respect to people.

5 /5 Steven Pellecier: Went to Urgent Care the other day. I want to say thank you to the staff. Everyone is very professional and efficient. I stand by that because of the quality of service from the individual who checked me in Stacey Ann who was in training at the time. If I hadn’t seen her trainer behind her I would not have known she was in training. The provider was also fast and efficient. I feel like he heard my concerns and addressed each one carefully and appropriately. I’ve been here before and I would also like to say that Haley the manager runs a tight ship, her team is awesome and top tier. Definitely recommend.

5 /5 Courtney Seeloff: I was nervous to get the tests and vaccines but they’re were super nice about it. And the reception staff were super nice and courteous, especially Elaina and Steven! They made me feel welcome and were super nice to talk to and ready to answer any questions I had!

OMNI Healthcare Melbourne Medical Center - Melbourne Tonya Chaney Phillips: Teresa is my favorite. She always asks about my health & listens to any concerns. Shes got the best bedside manner with her caring personality. Teresa goes above and beyond to make sure Ive got the most up-to-date testing and information for my medical issues. And she enjoys seeing my family when they tag along, especially the new baby. I absolutely love my doctor!

Health Firsts Holmes Regional Medical Center Emergency Room - Melbourne John Gault: Beware! This hospital used to have an excellent reputation, and Im not sure what happened. Over the past few years, Ive had several close friends and family members admitted to this hospital, and overwhelming the experience has been bad.....really bad. Its unfortunate, because there are some really good Drs / Nurse that are outstanding, however it far and few between. If you are currently in, or have to be admitted to this hospital do this: Pray. Make sure you have someone who can advocate for your treatment. If not, I think they offer this service. Watch your bill, and question everything because it looks like they try to keep you as long as possible....and collect as much $ as possible. Good luck to you!

Health Firsts Cape Canaveral Hospital - Cocoa Beach James K: I had a great experience during my surgery and stay here. All staff are professional, experienced, friendly. Dr. Zhuge and his surgical team were great. When I woke up from anesthesia, nurse Lesley Fritz sped up my recovery with her professional, competent, and friendly work ethic.

Dairy Road Urgent Care - Melbourne RKEGV Goody: Every time I bring my kids here, the staff is so friendly, genuine and empathetic. The office is clean and they are efficient. I feel that the providers are also here because they genuinely care about their patients. Some urgent cares seem to rush patients out, which I do understand that with urgent care they have a revolving door so-to-speak. But here you can tell that they want to make sure the patient/ parent of has been heard and their feelings and concerns are validated. I work in the medical world as an MA, Ive worked in specialty and Internal Medicine. And I have to say from a professional and personal standpoint, I recommend Dairy Road Urgent Care for all your acute (not chronic) needs.

Orlando Health Sebastian River Hospital - Sebastian Beth Ald: Walked into the ER yesterday and although the nurses and the doctor(for the 50 seconds seen) were all very kind, there were some issues. The only question about medications asked to me was "are you on blood thinners?" I was then prescribed a medication that does have adverse reactions to other medications I take. Good thing I check. The absolute worst thing is the state of the ER bathroom! Unacceptable! Blood on the floor, wall and sink! Wasnt cleaned for 3 hours (I was there for 6). oh and the release instructions said they went over things that were never mentioned Have to add- I know it is an emergency room but am I supposed to pretend I didnt hear the medical history of the person in the same bay as I am? I got so much info I could answer questions for that patient

Medical Associates of Brevard - Dr. Thomas Anderson - Melbourne Marcelle Work: I went into this office yesterday feeling very overwhelmed as I had no choice but to find a new doctor due to the passing of my PCP who was also a very close friend. I admittedly sat in the parking lot and cried for a few minutes before going in. I am so happy that I did go in, and ABSOLUTELY everyone of the staff that I came in contact with was lovely and patient and understanding. The time everyone took with me and listened to all my ailments and issues and even just my sadness of the situation of finding a new doctor was beyond amazing. I am so thankful to have found them and to feel right at ease with them being my new primary. From the moment I walked in they were welcoming and friendly and I am beyond greatful.

Brevard Health Alliance - Palm Bay Greg: This review is for the pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars I would. My dr cake in an anti-inflammatory and it took n this pharmacy over 2 business days to do it. The excuse, "were backed up. What do you expect is the end of the week". Worst service on every level! The clinic and the dr office are great. The pharmacy is terrible!

Melbourne Clinic - Melbourne Kristy: When I called to make an appointment they answered right away and the woman that answered was very nice. She took my concerns seriously and made sure that I got into see someone in a timely manner. When I went in there was a scheduling conflict, but they worked that out and made sure that I could be seen that day. They went through all of the paperwork with me and it was quick and easy. My appointment was great. They don’t rush you in and out, they actually take the time to make sure that everything is done properly. You can tell that they genuinely care about you and your well-being. The staff, the nurses and the Doctor were all amazing. Thankyou for treating me so well and making sure I was taken care of. I will be returning consistently for future appointments and it’s good to know they care.

Brevard Health Alliance - Melbourne Ameika Smithers: I would most definitely NOT recommend Dr. Arun Abraham. We did not have an altercation of any sort but he did convey very clearly that he could care less. It was overly obvious. He should not be working with the community.
