Beth Ald: Walked into the ER yesterday and although the nurses and the doctor(for the 50 seconds seen) were all very kind, there were some issues.
The only question about medications asked to me was "are you on blood thinners?" I was then prescribed a medication that does have adverse reactions to other medications I take. Good thing I check.
The absolute worst thing is the state of the ER bathroom! Unacceptable! Blood on the floor, wall and sink! Wasnt cleaned for 3 hours (I was there for 6).
oh and the release instructions said they went over things that were never mentioned
Have to add- I know it is an emergency room but am I supposed to pretend I didnt hear the medical history of the person in the same bay as I am? I got so much info I could answer questions for that patient
Greg: This review is for the pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars I would. My dr cake in an anti-inflammatory and it took n this pharmacy over 2 business days to do it. The excuse, "were backed up. What do you expect is the end of the week". Worst service on every level! The clinic and the dr office are great. The pharmacy is terrible!
Kristy: When I called to make an appointment they answered right away and the woman that answered was very nice. She took my concerns seriously and made sure that I got into see someone in a timely manner. When I went in there was a scheduling conflict, but they worked that out and made sure that I could be seen that day. They went through all of the paperwork with me and it was quick and easy. My appointment was great. They don’t rush you in and out, they actually take the time to make sure that everything is done properly. You can tell that they genuinely care about you and your well-being. The staff, the nurses and the Doctor were all amazing. Thankyou for treating me so well and making sure I was taken care of. I will be returning consistently for future appointments and it’s good to know they care.
Anthony Polizzi: The care that I have received from De La Cruz and all the staff at the Evans Center is always Phenomenal and Fantastic.
My wife and I both have De La Cruz as our primary care and we are truly blessed to have her and All the staff in our lives.
Thank You, and God Bless You All Always...

vlog World Ruthies “SC”: This hospital is so amazing and I’m so thankful for them helping out my dear senior friend who is going through many transitions in her body. They were able to test out to see exactly what was wrong with her. They found out that she had to 3 -infections and she almost lost her life. She’s currently on life-support and they were able to stand by her side And so she will stabilize. Thank you so much for your efforts. Way you guys truly cared for her and stood by her and make sure she got the best care one by one. Everyone was very polite and made sure she was able to breathe again. Some people have special gifts to work in a place of trauma. I’m happy God chose you guys.
Kathy Albers: I had back surgery with Dr. Datta 1 month ago. EVERYONE on his staff are wonderful!
As you will see in almost every comment, front office staff, the handling of messages and attempts to get return calls from your Doctors office is beyond totally unacceptable.
I left a message after the phone was answered by automated messaging system. I left 4 messages in 3 days. I couldnt get a human on the phone for three days. So I went to the office. To make a longer story shorter, I refused to leave until I talked to someone in Dr. Dattas office. I was told by the woman at the front desk that wasnt possible.
A young lady named Ebony came out and I told her my story. She went to the back and brought back Penelope. The got an exray ordered and afterwards, they got me an appointment with Dr. Datta. Luckily all was well.
EBONY, PENELOPE AND DR. DATTA ARE GREAT!!!
The phone messaging system and the people who run it should be retired. Its sad that a medical staff as good as Dr. Datta and his staff might be graded by their front office which may be the worst I have ever seen. If you need to talk to a doctor, or his staff for a simple question, you have to go there and refuse to leave until you see someone from the Doctors office. Ask for the Office Manager!
Henrique America: I was very well attended to, all the employees are very interested and committed to providing the best service. Good professionals and very kind and concerned about the patient. Thank you very much.
