I highly recommend getting your nails done here. They also do lashes, I havent had mine done, but everyone I see that has them, they all look great.

5 /5 Maria Oropeza: I have been coming to HBL with nail tech/ owner, Yen for years now. As a Tampa native, THIS is the only spot to go for nails and lashes! Truly ever nail tech (Tiffany, Charlene, Nancy, Bianca, Dani, etc) are truly masters at what they do. The vibes in the salon are always on 10, the girls are truly so kind and true girls girls. The attention to detail is truly impressive and I have NEVER been disappointed with my nails.

1 /5 Samantha Tipton: I had an appointment for builder gel on Friday, March 14. There were a few items I noticed during my appointment that made me worried about sanitation. I noticed my nail tech kept all of her drill bits in a case and it did not look like any of the nail drill bits are properly sanitized after each client. The sanding bit on the nail drill was used on clients prior to me. The nail tech also used a diamond nail drill bit that was put back into the case after being used on me without being sanitized. The same nail file was used on me as other clients. I looked into Florida’s salon requirements and these practices do not adhere to the salon requirements for sanitation. Reusing nail tools without proper sanitation is a huge concern for me so I do not plan to return to this salon. Regarding the actual nail polishing service, I was a bit disappointed that no cuticle work was done on my nails. My appointment was three days ago and my nails already look a bit grown out. I was not overly impressed with the application of the polish either. I already have a nail that chipped. I paid $62 for this manicure and I do not feel like the price was worth it.

1 /5 Jerrie M: I had a disappointing experience at this salon and won’t be returning. I got my nails done on Feb 6—paid $110 for a soak-off, builder gel, and nail art. At first, I was happy with the results, but within two weeks, I noticed my real nails chipping underneath the builder gel. This happened to three nails, and when a fourth one was damaged, I called the salon. They allowed me to come in for a fix, but there was miscommunication between me and the owner. I thought she said to soak off all my nails for a new set, but she only meant to fix the damaged ones. Once my nails were soaked off, it turned out most of them were damaged, and fiber gel had to be used to repair the chips. Bianca redid my builder gel set, and three of my natural nails had to be cut off and replaced with fake tips because they were too damaged to save—something that has never happened to me before. She asked if I wanted the same nail design, but I declined, assuming she would do a simpler, quicker design. At no point did they tell me I would be charged extra if I chose a different nail design. However, at the end, I was unexpectedly charged $40 for the nail art redo, even though I had already paid for it at the original appointment. I called the salon today to discuss this, but the owner hung up on me mid-conversation. I used to love coming here when Kimme was around, but now, I have no reason to return.
