Ive had to look into other places over the last year because if they dont see you as a high profit client, they wont set you an appointment, they avoid you. I tried again this past week, got the same run around. Which basically is me looking for an appointment and getting no response. Probably not the best practice for a small town business.

Shear Sisters Hair Co. - Starke jacquelyn totura: The haircut I got was the very best one ever! And, I have been a hairstylist over 50 years so I know what a really great cut is. I highly recommend this salon.

Midtown Tanning & Salon - Starke Vonda B: Did my research & decided to use this tanning salon to purchase a couple months of tanning to pre tan for coming up spring & to also buy a gift card for a month for an upcoming birthday for a friend. Went on my lunch break. Went to front & back door of business, both closed. Thought maybe they were running late so waited a few minutes, tried to phone several times & got busy signal, wasted my entire lunch hour plus when retuned to work tried calling them off & on for another 1 1/2 hours, busy signal. Called the Chamber of Commerce which is right next door to salon. They said “oh yes, the tanning part closed down & there’s just 1 lady inside who does hair & keeps doors locked & only lets customers in for appointments.” Would’ve been nice had they updated their website or even put a sign on front & back door, maybe even an automated recording on your phone instead of just taking it off the hook. Hope this post saves someone else the time I wasted on my lunch hour. My time is very important to me.

We always leave happy and get lots of compliments. They have the best attention to detail. You will never have a hair out of place. We always have the best conversations too!

The Curl Sanctuary - Melbourne Stephanie Wood: Ricci and the crew know curls!!! If you have curls, and you havent been here, you are definitely missing out. Great crew, beautiful space, and beautiful hair, cant lose! Both my husband and son have drank the kool-aid and curls are bouncin...Also, the rates are the rates. No tipping at this establishment. (This is my honest review, I was not asked to review or post a single thing) Cannot recommend enough!

She is always wonderful to see and keeps my hair looking its best. The salon itself is so warm and welcoming and is a clear safe space! It is also super cute and they have turned me on to other cool local shops in the area. You can’t go wrong seeing any of the stylists here.

I saw her beautiful work with curls online and we scheduled an appointment. She warmly welcomed me into her salon, guided me to the salon chair, and offered me something to drink. Then she went over her service options and explained how she charged based on short, medium, and long hair length. I opted for the full curl experience with a trim, wash, and styling. I was pampered in both hair and soul as we talked about various life experiences as she guided me from chair to washing station and back to the chair again. She showed me how she divided hair into sections, applied product, and styled, finishing off with the hooded standing hair dryer. There was no pressure to buy products but I was sold after seeing her work her magic with only 2 that I bought a bottle of leave-in conditioner and curl mousse foam. Overall, if youre looking for a refreshed look I highly recommend Kat!!
