She is truly a master of her craft! Monica listens to what your hair goal is, and describes how to get it to that goal, without compromising quality. Monica uses quality hair products, and the Demi glaze always makes my hair feel so soft after she works her magic. Forgot to book your hair appointment, and in a panic! NO problem! Monica knows I don’t have my work schedule set 8 weeks in advance, so she reaches out to me every time I am due to come in for an appointment. I never have to worry about panic booking or begging to get squeezed in. It’s the little things like this, that sets her apart from the rest!!! ❤️❤️

nikki wasielewski: I unfortunately do not have a great report. They left my hair completely unfinshed and not wearable. As a currently licensed stylist and former salon stylist I would have never left someones hair in this state after 6 hours of work. The stylist herself was totally competant and I do not want to speak ill of her. She was given a client she should have never had and did the work to the best of her ability. But, it absolutely left me in a position of being embarrassed, crying, and having to purchase 200 dollars worth of things to redo my hair. I reached out to the owner, showed pics, and she simply tried to usher me back to sit down for a redo instead of reimbursing me the way I had re1uested. I was in the middle of moving into a new hoe, homeschooling my daughter, buying a new vehicle, and just dealing with everyday issues. I made it extremely clear I had no time to come back and that id just like to resolve the issue with a reimbursement for the product I had to rebuy seeing as though I brought my own initially. I was charged four hundred dollars at this salon for sub par work and bringing all my own color. I also, have never been in any salon.In any state who have used in the applicator bottle to apply bleach. They are just extremely outdated and a bit out of their league. When it comes to anything modern, it seems I dont want to insult their stylist. However, im sure they are extremely good in their way.Field its just a bit dated. I know the pictures. Dont do it justice, but in person it was pretty unwearable. None of my sections were blended and there are huge gaping spots of blonde showing through to the point where I could not section my hair in any way and not have a giant missing spot of color visible

R. Robu: Its hard to get a good haircut these days. We had only been here 5x, so on the 6th time, we asked for who we wanted to do the haircut with. When we got to pay, our boys were charged an additional $5 extra & when I asked why, she said "you asked for a specialist." She never charged us extra before & did NOT tell us prior that we would charge us extra this time. So, we never returned because now her price is higher than our local barber. She wanted to screw us by charging us extra so she loses 3 customers. Very shady staff works here. Beware.
