Hollywood Beach in Fort Lauderdale has everything you could want—soft white sand, clear water, and parking just steps from the shore that stretches the entire length of the beach. The boardwalk is a dream: lined with cute boutiques, souvenir shops, restaurants, and beach bars, all running parallel to the ocean. There’s so much to do beyond the sand, too—public restrooms, a splash pad and playground for kids, and even a beachfront performing arts center with live music and events. Chair and umbrella rentals are available, and parking is usually super convenient, even on busy days. The beach itself is always clean, the water is beautiful, and the atmosphere is chill but lively. Whether you’re going for a family beach day or a morning stroll with a coffee, this spot is a total gem.

5 /5 Joshua (TRAVELWITHARCHER86): The Hollywood Boardwalk holds a beautiful place in my heart. Many childhood memories and now endless memories with my own children. I am a man who enjoys culture, music, food, and people. If you enjoy "people watching", amazing and diverse food, stunning beach views, and live music, I massively suggest you come on a Saturday (when theyre is a live band from 7pm to 9pm right behind the Margaritaville Restaurant and Hotel asking the beach). The crowd is mixed in regards to age, race, and locals/tourists. The energy is vibrant and welcoming. You get to enjoy food from all ends of the world: Argentinian, Venezuelan, Peruvian, Italian, French, American, Mexican, and so much more. You also get a see many cruise ships leaving the ports and heading out to sea. Sometimes, you might even get to see my old stomping ground and friends from the United States Coast Guard, with the iconic orange and white rescue helicopter known as the "Dolphin" or possibly one of our ships known as a "cutter". I will forever glorify this location as it has provided and will continue to provide me, my family, and friends with fantastic memories. Enjoy!

5 /5 Daniela: Hollywood Beach Broadwalk was the perfect backdrop for our honeymoon. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets while listening to live concerts, eating pizza, and savoring a delicious ice cream. Later, we relaxed on the balcony of our cozy rental house, sipping beers by the sea. At 5 a.m., we went out to watch the sunrise, and when the sun appeared, we walked hand in hand along the sand, experiencing a magical and peaceful moment.

Holland Park - Hollywood Alejandra Fuentes: Hidden gem of a park! Known by locals-only type of spot. Tucked away in a nice neighborhood, with its own parking lot and a public launch area for watercrafts. Lots of grills around for a family-friendly BBQ. Keep your eyes peeled for dolphins and other wildlife sightings! The eco-trail, while short, is also very accessible and is wheelchair friendly. The observation deck is currently inaccessible unfortunately as they have barred the entrance (last checked 12.26.24)

T.Y. (Topeekeegee Yugnee) Park - Hollywood Mayleni RM: I love this park! Whether Im looking for a picnic spot or just a casual walk, its the perfect place to get my two miles in. The scenic trail offers beautiful views, refreshing water features, and plenty of shaded areas to take a break. Plus, the wildlife is a bonus - I spotted parrots, iguanas, and squirrels.

Castaway Island (TY PARK) - Hollywood Alyna Acosta: My White Lotus Day at Ty Parks Castaway Island was absolutely glorious! I was so impressed with how clean and up-to-date all the facilities, pools, loungers and slides were. What truly stood out was the staff – every single person I encountered was courteous and incredibly attentive. The lifeguards and other personnel were clearly well-trained and exceptionally well-mannered. A huge shout out to all the managers; youre doing an amazing job, and our community truly appreciates this wonderful place!

Hollywood Hot Glass - Hollywood Tammy Daniel: We had a great time! The facility is actually located in the center of a park so check it on a map before you go. Prices online were great, too! The instructor/artists were excellent and patient with us! One catch, pieces take 2-3 days to cool and cure so be prepared to pay $50 for shipping via UPS if you cant be around to pick them up. Otherwise Hollywood Hot glass is excellent!

Flamingo Gardens - Davie Alexis Wyant: Great place to walk around with or without kids and it is closer to a small zoo than a garden. There are There are tons of free roaming ibis and peacocks wandering around the whole park. The animal presentation was fun, educational, and relatively short. I especially enjoyed the waterbird aviary, which was larger than I was expecting. If you like pelicans, you are in luck. There were a number of them with the other birds. The butterfly garden was also enjoyable, and they do stop there during the tram tour if you dont want to walk all the way to the other side of the park. The food available was just standard park food ( sandwiches, hotdogs, pizza, etc.), but wasnt too overpriced. You could probably spend 1 1/2 hour (if you just want to see the animals and the presentation) or about 4 hours (if you want to walk all the paths and see every presentation/ tour available).

SunSet Boat tours - Hollywood Jing: the most fun experience we had throughout our miami trip! captain waters is such a hype and fun guy. no glaze he truly knows the water and took us to the best spots. it was so relaxing i lowkey fell asleep during the sunset.

Blue Mickey House - Hollywood Surf Inn: Best neighbors ever ! Always have fun displays for the holidays

Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier - Pompano Beach Ruby Fanelli: Spring Break - Beach is Beautiful, packed, parking garage $2.50/hr. is 1 block west. Sheriffs keep watch. Lucky Fish is a good place to hang, Pricey but good. $14 Margaritas. Lots of restaurants, coffee joints, rooftop music, the pier is a beautiful walk. Coming here since 1994, gets improved yearly. Miss the Pompano Beach Seafood Festival on the actual beach.

Pompano Beach Pier - Mary Daniell: This is such a great area to come for a walk after dinner. We walked along the sidewalk all the way down to the pier and along the shops. We walked out to the end of the pier and watched as some people were fishing. We come every now and then, as we live in Fort Pierce and like to visit the other beaches up and down our coast.
