  • Mohamad Hammoud, DO - Melbourne Martin Grood: Dr. Hammond told me the truth about my surgery prior to conducting. He had the humility to know that I would be better off with a colo rectal surgeon and did not proceed with the operation upon discovering the tumors exact location. Humility in a surgeon is a rare quality. As such, I used him to put in my port for chemotherapy. I highly recommend this man as I believe he is one of the best general surgeons you can have.
Holmes Regional Medical Center - Orthopedic Surgery - Melbourne Drew F: This place was ok a few years ago but it’s really gone downhill. It feels short staffed. Patient needs help using the bathroom and it takes over an hour to get assistance. Nurses can’t get responses from providers in a timely fashion. No one seems to know what’s going on. Patient is a Health First employee to boot. If you can’t take care of your own family, what are you even doing?
Pediatrics In Brevard - Melbourne Oliver Olinger: Good, thorough doctors. Easy to get same day appointments, if necessary. Clean environment. Only issue I have is that weve had quite a few long wait times after being escorted to our exam room... but thats probably due to the thoroughness of the exams. Which is understandable, but still a difficulty for people with very busy schedules.
Honeychurch Medical Center LLC - West Melbourne Jenni Davis-Murray: These guys are excellent- they actually seem to care about their patients, which is a quality Ive found to be almost non-existent in the rest of the medical community.. everyone Ive dealt with has been kind, efficient and laid back, with a sense of humor and understanding attitude. They make a real effort to provide easy and convenient services, with flexible payments, phone appointments and prescriptions called in right away. Dr. Clodfelter and his assistant Jeanette are wonderful- the other young female that helps him is also great, but I cant remember her name. Theyve gone out of their way to make services available to me that I would otherwise not be able to afford and theyre always surprisingly pleasant to deal with. No complaints!
Melbourne Downtown MedFast Urgent Care | Walk In Clinic | Emergency Quick Care - Melbourne Maxine Coakley: The visit at Medfast Urgent Care Downtown Melbourne on 11/21/24 was top notch. My son was on crutches and the male employee (nursing assistant) immediately came outside to assist him. The intake receptionist was pleasant and friendly. The male nursing assistant who escorted him to the exam room was warm and thorough, the nurse that did the Xray and the physician assistant were all easy to communicate with and each person remained friendly and professional during our entire visit. They each explained each process and made him very comfortable, even when fitting his painful foot for a boot. The service provided by the doctor and all staff at this Medfast Urgent Care is unparalleled. I highly recommend this facility for your medical Urgent Care needs.
Care Clinic Mental Health - West Melbourne Justin Rutter: Jannette speaks clearly and politely on the phone. It would have been easier for me to pursue medical self care if other receptionists communicated half as professionally as she does. I have rejected mental health care occasionally throughout the past ten years simply because of the attitude of the customer service staff at various other mental health offices in different locations. It is a shame other companies cant or wont prioritize patient communication to the level of excellence the Care Clinic does in Melbourne.
Dr. Jagdeep Chhindra MD - Palm Bay Amy Young: Excellent MD. Wish they were all like him. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Great bedside manners. He’s very caring, empathetic, and you can tell he really cares about his patients. He listens, he’s thorough and doesn’t rush through the appointment. If you don’t understand something he takes the time to explain things to you. I only wish I would have found him sooner!!
Medical Associates of Brevard - Palm Bay Benou Dorcin: I love Dr Vyas, and his staff He is a great doctor whatever is wrong with your child his door is always open and He listen to your request or whatever is going on with the child.
Health Firsts Palm Bay Hospital: Emergency Room - Palm Bay Hannah McQueen: t really takes a lot for me to post a negative review. I am much more oriented toward leaving positive reviews and building people/businesses up. However, my recent experience warranted warning others about. I went into my visit after being sick with flu-like symptoms for five days, during which time I was unable to do anything but sleep, be sick, and hydrate. I missed a lot of work hours, which I currently really need, and have hardly been able to take care of any "real life" stuff around the house. After waking up on the fifth day and realizing I was not getting any better, I decided I needed to go to urgent care. When I showed up, I was the only person in the waiting room. The front desk girl was talking about her personal problems with a coworker and, when a woman came in requesting her husbands medical records, the front desk girl said she did not know where she put them. This should have been my first clue. After waiting for 45 minutes, I was finally showed to a room. (Again, I was the only person there.) The practitioner who came to see me (after another 15-20 minutes) didnt even look at me before saying, "Nice to meet you," which is funny, because just a month ago she turned me away because she was incapable of stitching up my bleeding finger. I told her my experience, and she said she would prescribe me a pill to "control the symptoms." Exhausted, in physical discomfort, and deeply aware that "controlling symptoms" is not a cure for something that was probably very curable, I requested that she perform some sort of test to shed a little more light on the situation. I had already been taking over-the-counter medications and doing "everything right" in terms of resting, hydrating, eating bland foods, etc. She made me feel unreasonable for requesting this, but sent someone to draw blood anyway. She also told me she would write me a prescription for something stronger than OTC medicine. Shout out to Adam, the tech who did a great job seeing me as a human while drawing blood. After they took blood, I went to the pharmacy. The pharmacy said they did not receive the Rx. Nothing too unusual about that, as I had just left the clinic, so I decided to wait a few hours. I went to the pharmacy the first thing in the morning the next day and the doc still hadnt sent over the prescription she had promised to send. I called the office, and spoke to the front desk girl (same one as the day before). She told me she was looking through my chart, and that there was no record of the practitioner sending anything to the pharmacy, and that she saw that I had "been a problem" for the practitioner. (While I definitely expressed my disappointment that the practitioner was not interested in helping me find the root of my illness but rather wanted to superficially prescribe me a lateral move Rx for managing my symptoms, I also did apologize if I came across as harsh and explained it was because I was on my last leg, physically, mentally, and emotionally--AS IVE BEEN EXTREMELY ILL.) She was no help whatsoever, and basically said she couldnt do anything because the practitioner from the day before (I believe her name is Kelly) was not in and therefore could not send the prescription. When I did not concede to this as a final answer, I was put on the phone with Amina (?) who said she would put me through to the practitioner on duty. The reason I am giving two stars instead of one is for Jill, the doctor who actually looked at my circumstances, followed through with sending a prescription, and clarified that my results showed that yes, I am indeed fighting a bacterial infection that needs medication in order to go away. She was extraordinarily patient with me and understanding of my poor experience with the negativity at the front desk and the lack of follow through with the other practitioner. If you are in need of medical care, dont waste your time at this location with anyone, unless Jill is working. The whole "do no harm" thing seems to be taking a back seat to what is convenient and easy for most of the staff.
Malabar MedFast Urgent Care | Walk-in Clinic | Emergency Quick Care - Palm Bay Robert Sanchez: Theyre very quick and efficient. Dr. Burris took care of me, hes great cause he makes you comfortable the minute you start talking to him. He ease yours mind and it makes easy for you to explain your problem. I would recommend MedFast Urgent Care and this will be my place to go if Im feeling sick.
