She clearly did not want to work and was extremely rude throughout the entire appointment. She was not friendly at all. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a professional and relaxing experience. Even 1star is too much for them

5 /5 Stephanie Heiberg: Lulu was fantastic!! She custom created a crown on my ring finger on top of a French gel manicure. The jewels sparkle and looked better than the photo I brought in!! She gave me the best hand massage I’ve ever received! Gave me tingles all the way up to the top of my head!! Don’t hesitate to book your manicure at HP Nail Spa! After I saw how well she did my pedicure I decided to get a full set as well and i have no regrets! They will be my regulars moving forward! They were very nice and professional.

5 /5 Kari Hanssen: I went to HP Nail Spa today with my 2 college roommates to celebrate our 35th graduation anniversary from college. Kelly, my manicurist, was beyond amazing!!! She gave the most phenomenal and longest massage I have ever had!!! My nails were a mess when I came in and she worked her magic to make them healthy and strong. Kelly was by far the best manicurist I have ever had! She was very pleasant and went above and beyond! Thank you so much, Kelly!!! I will definitely be back!!!

Olivia Matthews: Carmen really hooked me up with this pair - I told her I wanted my acrylics on the thin side and have them shaped deeper near my cuticle. She checked in with me multiple times to see if they were what I wanted and was very gentle during the process. During the design she followed the picture to a T and was excited as she saw the set come to life. Highly recommend her - very down to earth, funny and made me feel comfortable!

Tiffany Oakes: I’ve had my nails done at the salon about five times now. I really liked my nails once. My complaint is not about the nail technician, because all of this falls back on the owner. I expect that if I walk into a business speaking a certain language, and they are going to give me a service that they will pair me up with someone else who also speaks my language so that I am able to communicate. The sweet nail tech did not speak any English at all. I walked away, extremely unhappy with my nails. I asked for rounded corners and nails that were not too wide. As you can see, these nails are very wide and unshaped, and the corners are very sharp, which will hurt my newborn baby. I have no doubts that if we were able to speak the same language, she would have been able to give me what I wanted. Also, it’s important to mention that I paid $70 for this service. I am very unhappy and now I have $70 less in my bank account. It is not acceptable to charge that much for a full set refill on short nails. I’m not the kind of person to complain about price ever, but this is ridiculous. I will not be returning. The only reason I did not give one star is because the girl who did my nails was kind and it was not her fault she could not give me what I asked for. If the owner is going to hire non-English speakers, he needs to make sure his customers are able to communicate with employees.
