There was nothing all they wanted was your money so I hopped online after my cap fell out three times and he charged me the first time to put it back in my partners had his caps for 30 years no problem so I decided to do To find another dentist into my searches, I am finding Island City smile. Let me tell you what the office manager. Susan is the best I was going in with very low expectations but now I have very high expectations for her and her crew. They are wonderful, sweet and kind. They definitely want you there cause for your business but also make you feel like a family. She was wonderful again again, thank you so much Susan for making me feel like part of your family. I really appreciate you. I recommend Island City smiles to everyone. Who’s had problems with the dentist now or in the past you won’t go wrong by picking this trust me.

1 /5 Jeffrey Parker: My experience was awful. I went there in agonizing pain and expected to get treatment. The dentist didnt do any work on me. All they did was take Photos of my mouth. Then offered me a treatment plan for things not included in my health insurance plan. Therefore I must pay cash to receive any help or treatment. I need 2 teeth extractions and they said it must be by Oral surgery and cost over $400 each plus deep cleaning of my top and bottom gums. They wouldnt even clean my teeth which is included in my health insurance plan. I dont recommend anyone to go there unless you have a lot of money in your pockets.

He offered me a free consult, and unlike other doctors who are just looking to rush you in and out and sell you something, he sat with me and spent more time than my primary dentist. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. Even though he wont be doing the surgery for me, he took the time out of his day to give me advise and helped me find another oral surgeon who could help. For anyone looking for a caring, experienced, knowledgeable dentist, Dr. Krikorian is the one to go to. The staff was also extremely helpful and patient with me.

The only downside is that they schedule cleanings toi frequently, which results in insurance not covering additional cleanings in a year. Thats a money maker for them but at the detriment to the patient. I recommend limiting cleanings to every 6 months instead of 4 months.
