When I scheduled my appointment they reassured me they’d only advise me for parts and services that were really needed after inspection and testing. They quoted me expected cost based on labor and time. They were super nice when letting me know my vehicle was ready and flexible about my picking it up. Charges were less than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Upon arrival they showed me what parts they changed. I would definitely recommend.

Emil Mtso: This was going to be a good review but now it’s a bad one, regarding Felix and the mechanic I came in with my van over heating and they squeezed me into do a diagnostics of $29.00, they found out that the over heating was from one of my hoes loose and they tightened it back, I pay the 29.99 and when I go to get my van they claim that my thermostat was bad and that they need to change it for a total of $340 ish, . I look at the invoice and ask why is the thermostat $125 when advanced auto is $36 for that part? They immediately release my van and take it out because of me questioning it. I leave to another mechanic only to find out that tuffy tried to sneak in an invoice and charge me for a bad thermostat so they can make something off of me. My thermostat was perfectly fine and my van didn’t over heat after the hoes was fixed. They also dropped and forgot their flash light under my hood.

He fixed my headlights quickly and found why my car was dogging at lights and repaired that as well. The price was phenomenally low compared to Ohio prices. Would travel from Ohio again to have this shop repair my car.

Bad wiring for the sound system caused my gas pedal wiring to freak out and throw the car in limp mode. Driving my 2017 Mustang GT is one of the best parts of my day and having this issue with my daily driven vehicle was really irritating me. I took it to two other highly recommended mechanics who both told me they couldn’t find any issue. Magnum Motorsports had my car for less than a week and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. They have better communication than any other shop I’ve been to. Exceptional employees all around. I’m in the military and don’t have much free time. They made sure my time was not wasted. I will be back to see them. Y’all are the BEST!
