3 /5 Melissa Kunzer: We were told theyd look at the vehicle at 8am. By 10:30am they claimed they were just pulling it in. By 12:15pm the mechanic was at lunch. By 1:30pm they still had not started the diagnostics. We had explained that we were without a vehicle. We even had to arrange for Uber transportation to and from. And they did nothing. Extremely livid with the lack of communication and customer service. Continuously put off.
Will reserve further judgment and update for completion of services. I do appreciate further explanation that was received after continued conversation.
