3 /5 Mia Lock: First time. They did a decent job but for $65… I don’t know. I was a bit grossed out because they had used an old file on me. Which is illegal because it can cause infections and diseases. When given a hand massage the nail techs hands were covered in acrylic dust and I was very grossed out and I would’ve passed on it and I had told her I had to get home and she still proceeds to put lotion on me. I probably won’t be coming back to this one.

5 /5 Holly Brandvold: Jasmine is amazing. My daughter had a vision for her christmas nails (we do our own nails so this is a big deal) and Jasmine made that vision a reality. This is definitely a hidden Gem in San Marco.

2 /5 Kinzi Linzi: The techs were really nice, but the quality of my pedicure and my friends pedicure was rushed. The polish wasn’t applied with much pride. There’s a lot of unpolished edges, there’s still old polish that was supposed to be removed. My friends polish smeared off despite us sitting under the fans for 30 minutes. Despite it being a very convenient location to my house, I will not be returning.

5 /5 Alyssa Key: Just had my nails done here for the first time. And it was, pun intended “hands-down”, the best experience I’ve ever had. The place itself is spotless, everyone there obviously loves working there, and the actually quality of my nails, and the suggestions given created a better experience than I’ve ever had at any other salon in my 44 years. A+.

5 /5 Alyson Brumbach: Let me tell you what, my mom and I got our nails done here, not only was the staff really nice but the acrylics I got have not come off, no lifting, nothin. And I am AWFUL with my nails, usually they break off sometime during the first week.

Cynnez Young: I appreciated walking in and someone was at the reception area waiting to greet and assist me. The inside was lovely and simple which I love. No appointment was required and I was serviced immediately (no wait). They used this cool machine to buff my feet which felt greet, I thought that was very unique and innovative as well as time saving for me and the technician. My technician was very invested into removing the dead skin around my cuticles and that is literally my favorite nail tech!!! I love seeing and peeling that away, it just makes the nail/feet look fresh and appealing! I wonder if they plan to update the outside area to make it more appealing. It may be different shifts but there were not a lot of technicians working on this Friday. I am curious about them offering drinks, since I had water with me they did not ask but I also did not see other patrons with a drink from the establishment. I worry that outsiders walking pass may not be drawn to come in as the outside has an outdated look. I think adding the extra service of offering a beverage or a warm aromatic shoulder pad would elevate the already wonderful service. Overall my nails look good for me getting regular polish and the state of my nail beds. I opted for regular polish since I just took off acrylic I knew gel/dip would just separate and crack. So the regular polish isnt as flat and clean but again she did a great job with how my nails are. Will be back for that gel service end of April before my trip! Thank you for your wonderful service

I had a tight schedule, and they honored my time limit without compromising quality. The salon is comfortable and clean. I get dipping done here, and the color selection is amazing. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and service you receive. I highly recommend Bellezza Nails for anyone looking for a great nail experience!

DAELITE88: I would strongly advise against visiting this salon. The nail technician, Laura, was very unwelcoming and did a poor job on my nails. One hand was visibly shorter than the other, and when I asked her to fix it, she dismissively claimed they were the same length. I had to return three days later to have another employee, John, correct the uneven nails. Since then, the hand that originally appeared fine; nails have started to pop and slide off which split my natural nails in half. Its been less than two weeks, and if I need to get them redone, it would be a waste of over $70. I will never go back to this salon again.

Mary Biancalana: Bella diva is a wonderful full service nail and hair salon. Everyone here was wonderful, professional, and friendly. I had a manicure and pedicure and Lilly was absolutely fantastic. My pedicure is gorgeous and she gave me the most wonderful massage for my feet and lower legs. The entire staff here were so friendly and I love that all of the staff look so professional in their matching salon jackets. I definitely will return and tell all my friends about Bella diva hair and nail salon!

Victoria Pearl: Normally my experience is good. I had a different tech from the last time and she caused me to walk around with an infected toe for about 3 weeks because she dug too deep. I could barely walk in closed toe shoes which sucks being that im a correctional officer so i have to wear boots! They also did not apply my discount from points I earned. I dont know why they feel like thats how pedicures go. I learned in cosmetology school that you dont do that for this reason! I forgot the ladys name I wish I would have written it down. I been so busy I forgot to post. I had my service done on 7/11 and I just got back to normal about a week ago.

I’ve always wanted cat eye nails but not a lot of areas offer it, so it was such a fun surprise. My sister in law had a bad experience at a previous salon also! And I recommend she went there and they fixed them so fast. 11/10 can’t recommend them more.
