1 /5 Victoria Pearl: Normally my experience is good. I had a different tech from the last time and she caused me to walk around with an infected toe for about 3 weeks because she dug too deep. I could barely walk in closed toe shoes which sucks being that im a correctional officer so i have to wear boots! They also did not apply my discount from points I earned. I dont know why they feel like thats how pedicures go. I learned in cosmetology school that you dont do that for this reason! I forgot the ladys name I wish I would have written it down. I been so busy I forgot to post. I had my service done on 7/11 and I just got back to normal about a week ago.

Tech could not do design but said she could, tech also could not lay acrylic right didn’t remove cuticle before applying acrylic also used two different types of nails 9 straight 1 curved got an attitude when I told her to take off one nail she put on crooked got acrylic all over my fingers didnt file my nails smooth with the efile went to a different tech, she tried to remove my cuticles dry when it should have been done before applying the nail butchered my fingers. My experience was quite the catastrophe after spending 6 hrs in that shop still walked out dissatisfied. I should have known it was going to be a disaster when I walked in and the employees were yelling and screaming at each other like they were gonna fight. this place is a joke. Take your money elsewhere.

Roxy Nail Salon & Spa 2 - Jacksonville Nattaly Juarez: I miss this place...I tired a lot of nail salons in Saint Johns FL, nothing compares to Roxys services, care and quality. My nails look amazing...really!! No one rushed me out and I didnt wait at all to be served I was in a chair in no time. They have all the staff and services on site. Newly renovated, so clean! Their classic massage alone is worth visiting them. LOVE ❤️ L O V E this place I recommend it definitely 100%

VK Five Points Nails & Spa - Jacksonville Crystal Armstrong: I had a fabulous time yesterday, I didn’t even know they were in my neighborhood and I had random time without children so I wanted to get my nails done. I came in with the expectations one does walking into a random salon only to leave a huge fan. Not only was the man who did my nails incredibly friendly, but it was obvious he cares about the work he does and he has made a new regular and fan out of me - we are about to be besties for life because nobody has ever done my nails so well and I cannot see myself going anywhere else.

Star Nails - Jacksonville Veronica Sisto: UPDATE - After getting my nails done on a Friday I had two broken nails by Sunday morning. I went in on Monday (they were closed Sunday) and they fixed them free of charge which was great. However it has now only been a week later and I have 5 chipped nails now. I am so disappointed and have never had this happen with years of getting dip nails. Friendly service and beautiful work! Family run business with great prices

Jax Nails Spa - Jacksonville Cheryl Martin: The staff at Jax Nails and Spa have always been so friendly and courteous to me and my family. They even remember customers by name even when you have not been there for a while. I tried a nail salon closer to my home for a while and they just was not as great as Jax Nails and Spa. During my most recent visit, I brought my daughter because she needed her nails done for Prom. Sheena and Michael were able to make her nails EXACTLY what she wanted them to look like. Both my daughter and I were very pleased and impressed. I will return to Jax Nails and Spa very soon and continue to utilize their services!

Yes sometimes you have to wait, but patience is a virtue. They make sure i leave looking and feeling amazing. King Palace Nails - Jacksonville Frierson Chrystal (Chrys): I’m new to Florida and needed my nails filled in. They’re open til 20:00 which works perfectly for me. I came in around 18:45 and was started on instantly. The tech was quick and done a wonderful job. She was done by 19:30 and I was super happy. One of the best experiences and colors I’ve had. I don’t know how I ended up posting the review on a different company but I did. I apologize that the credit wasn’t placed here. I’m returning tonight to get them done again when I realize the review wasn’t here. I live only a mile away and it just makes life that much easier to come to a place that does such a perfect job and knows what I want. Thanks!
