5 /5 Sarah Cross: Johnâs Pass and Boardwalk has been one of my favorite places to visit ever since I was little, and no matter how many times I come back, itâs still just as fun. The beautiful waterfront views, the lively atmosphere, and the variety of touristy shops make it such a great spot to explore. Whether youâre looking for souvenirs, unique gifts, or beach gear, thereâs always something interesting to browse. The restaurants and bars along the boardwalk offer great seafood and drinks, and if youâre lucky, you might even spot dolphins playing in the water while you eat.
One downside is that parking can be a bit tricky, especially during peak hours. The lots fill up quickly, so getting there early or being patient while looking for a spot is definitely a good idea. Also, watch out for the birdsâthere are plenty of them around, which is great for bird watchers but not so great if you end up in the wrong spot at the wrong time!
That said, itâs a fantastic place to watch boats come and go, and there are plenty of sightseeing tours if you want to get out on the water. Whether youâre a first-time visitor or have been coming for years like me, Johnâs Pass is always a great stop!
