Molly Conroy I moved to FL from NY in July 2021. I was nervous about having to find a reliable, trustworthy mechanic to do the work. I’ve only gone to one mechanic since I started driving back in NY. I found Mr. Mechanic online and decided to give them a call from the great reviews I saw, and they were only a few minutes down the road! Phil was so welcoming and friendly, and made me feel comfortable about my decision immediately. He was realistic and fair with pricing and handled all of the things I needed to get done. It only took a day and a half to have the car completely finished. I also had an airbag light that was on that he explained he couldn’t see what the error was, but told me it would probably fix itself or I could go to the dealership and it would more than likely be under warranty being that I have a 2019. Sure enough today the light turned right off!!! I am so thankful for their services, the kindness and good conversation. I will continue to go to Mr. Mechanic for all of my car related needs, and have even recommended a few neighbors their way too! 10/10 highly recommend this business.

I had my car towed there without even coordinating it with him first.. I braced myself for a nightmarish experience, instead I left as a new loyal customer… He had my car up and running in less than 24 hours… And to think he has been in the heart of my hometown for 30 years!! Thank you for your honesty and your prompt service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

alex tattoos Pepito the owner was great to work with. He did a great job changing the front bearings on my car. Every other repair shop was charging me twice as much. Also, did the front brake pads. honest work at a very fair price. I totally recommend this auto repair business they are great and your car will thank you for it.

Billy Lezcano I was referred to go here by a friend. I was given a set price for parts and labor and paid in full prior to any work being done. Once it was time to pickup my car I was then forced to pay an extra $120 claiming I got too big of tires and they had to trim part of my truck. Mind you the owner (Jonathan) told me what size tires to get so it wouldn’t rub. He then told me that it was going to rub regardless but my thing is why didn’t you just charge me for that before with the total bill, instead of charging me once the work was done. I guess that’s what I get for going with a privately owned family business in Hialeah, instead of going with a reputable company. Maybe it would’ve been more, but it would’ve been a set price from the beginning. Once I got home I then realized they left trash in the bed of my truck for me to clean up. The reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because despite them being unprofessional and going against their agreement, they did do a decent job on my truck. Overall, I would not go back to this place or recommend anybody else get work done from here.

Phil Thomas Got a 3.5 inch lift installed on my Gladiator. Price was good and service was done in one day. The work appears solid and will definitely be getting more done with them in the future.

Jesus Sent the car for an alignment. Paid then he tells me he needs to align it again for a $60 charge. I take it back. Now he wants $150...after doing the "work". They took 6 hours and left the interior of the car full of grease.

Andres Ayala Based on the Google reviews I took a chance and reached out to them to assist with preventive maintenance to my beloved 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser. They performed full brake service (front and rear brake rotors, brake pads, and front wheel bearings, races, and oil seals). They also did a full brake fluid flush. I can confirm that this is an honest shop. I have been very satisfied with the service provided by Roger and mechanic Ramiro in completing these services. Bob J I went to this place looking for a second opinion on the repair of my Chevy Luminas AC. They had told me in another shop that I needed to replace the compressor plus and do other things that added up to $500. David went straight to the problem, replaced a couple of faulty valves, removed an illegal bridge that someone put in the fuse-relay box, filled it up with gas, and boom! It was up and running like new and for a fifth of the quote from the other place! I couldnt be happier about it. David seems to be a well-seasoned mechanic with lots of experience.

Elena Gil-Altamura Went here last year 2022 and it was okay not great. I went there today 10/04/23 and I will never return. If my car stops running in front of this place I will have it towed to a different shop. I will tell everyone I know about todays experience. No one should be disrespected nor belittled. I told them not to complete the work, I did not want them to touch my car any longer and I wanted to leave and not take that kind of treatment. I was there for five hours. It was to be a bumper to bumper inspection and advise me of all necessary work and costs and this did not occur. I was told what they chose to tell me. I will be taking my car to a reputable establishment for what they did not complete which is plenty. I enjoy paying to have my vehicle in tip top shape. However, they do not need my money nor I will ever pay them for anything. Should you want to see it for yourself be ready for disorganization, lack of communication, walking in circles, and if you bring anything negative to their attention they will lie and mumble under their breath ugly words. Word to the wise, do not leave your car and return whenever they tell you it’s ready. Stay the entire time as I did. There is a God and everyone who does bad will be made accountable in the presence of God. May God bless you both. Note: I put one star because this would not post without at lease one star however I do not give any stars. Zero. I will not accept any reply from this place therefore do not bother.

Thomas Patrick My 08 Dodge Dakota wouldnt start. They diagnosed and repaired it. Afterwards, they noticed that the serpentine belt was nearly dry rotted through. They replaced it as well. Who knows how bad that couldve been! While we were waiting on the belt to be delivered, I asked them to check the bearings because they had recently been making some noise. All the services were fairly priced and the work was done efficiently. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Great group of guys! Se habla inglés!

Cristina Mastache This auto repair shop has no respect for their customers, and they have no pride in their work. They are not receiving to customers who can’t speak Spanish in the way they can understand it. So, had I been able to speak fluent Spanish maybe my car would have been repaired properly. The quality of their work is abysmal. I provided my own materials for the repair, and found that most of them weren’t used. They gave me back my car without an air filter, damaging the life of my engine. Had I not noticed I would NOT have an engine, and one of the hoses was not fitted properly. They are “masters” of giving you a headache, but definitely not “master mechanics”
