1 /5 Jk B: I am in disbelief of how the staff treated me. However, upon reading the Google reviews, I can see I am not the only one...by a long shot. I concur with the experiences of the other raters regarding the behavior of the staff and in particular, the nurse. I switched my son and I to this physician a little over a year ago because he was highly recommended. We have only been a couple of times for the annual visit and I have only one prescription. Somehow, at the last visit, the prescription was not called in properly, then it went to the wrong pharmacy and by day 10 I still had no prescription. I had already called and left messages. Finally, someone answered the phone in the afternoon (all calls seem to only go to everyones voicemail, even reception), and the receptionist told me it wasnt her fault. Then she said she would tell the nurse- who then got on the phone and began being disrespectful, condescending and refused to let me speak. I was so angry! I did nothing except come for my annual exam and need one medication refill. How could that simple visit turn into such a negative and bizarre experience??!! I even left messages for my doctors assistant insisting that I speak directly to my provider about this- but just dead air. Not how I wish to be treated by my physician or his staff- so I will be searching for a new primary care. I find it unfortunate to have to leave advice for others to steer clear of this practice!
