1 /5 Gypsy White: Dr. Kim was very rude, unprofessional and well unprepared for our appointment. He obviously did not even look at the paperwork before coming into the room. The nurse had to come into the room twice to show him he had the paperwork in hand that he was telling us we did not fill out. He also visibly got upset because of a scan he said he did not have but after the third time looking through the paperwork in his hand he found it. Our actual consultation time with him personally was about 3 minutes long. There was other things to but Im afraid if I say too much this review will be taken down. I dont see how he has so many 5 star ratings honestly.

5 /5 Dave Miller: Dr. Kim more than saved my life .He improved my overall mental and physical health. If a family member neded his services, I would not let them go anyplqce else. 2 weeks a 3 days ago I had open heart with an artclip and 3 bypasses. I feel wonderful in less than 3 weeks. Thank you God Bless Dr. Kim.

5 /5 Susan Schultz: I am sharing the view point from the patients spouse as my husband is not a media person. Dr. Hoang is the doctor you want to perform surgery when your life is on the line. He and his staff were thorough when explaining procedures to be done as well as what to expect before, during and after surgery. Truly makes you feel like you and your health are of utmost importance to the entire team. My husband James had a very successful surgery thanks to the skill and dedication of this gifted surgeon and his team. Comfort, compassion, some humor, fantastic surgeon and a great bedside manner soon had James well on the road to recovery. Thank you Dr. Bao Hoang.

5 /5 EDWARD SERRA: all my medical staff were excellent, DR Kim did a Great job in replacing my Aorta valve and did a triple by pass and i am doing well at this time.Also my nurses all played a great in my recovery, i thank you.

Dr Govantes takes his time with you and really listens to the concerns or issues you’re experiencing. He thoroughly explains an issue, offers options and recommendations. He has a wonderful sense of humor and puts you at ease from the moment he enters the room which helps you better explain your reason for the visit. His staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Tracey his nurse has been there since I began going there, and she’s also is a very kind and patient person. Any time I’ve called the office when I was sick they got me in to see the doctor, or refilled prescriptions that had run out almost immediately. I’ve watched the staff interact with patients many of whom are older with compassionate care and understanding! This doctor and his staff really care about your healthcare, and I thank God I was fortunate enough to have found them because of a friend’s recommendation whose been a patient there for 16 years!

West Florida Pediatrics - Inverness Jada Canter: doctors are good; but front office never answers phone, returns messages or helps. I requested a paper be sent to school 6 months ago. still waiting for them to send it. (i went to health department and did it myself). If you can get an appointment, good luck

They reschedule your appointments without telling you and then when you show up, they tell you that you are at the wrong time when you know what time your appointment was I got blood work back in September here it is December and I finally had them just print off the results for me because they will not go over them with me. I’ve had a stiff neck for two or three months and I can’t get in to see my doctor because they always have an excuse or a lie on why you can’t be seen
