They will treat you how you expect to be treated when getting your car worked on! If JR’s cant do the work they will know someone they can refer you to that will provide professional and quality service. For as long as I live in naples, I will be bringing my car back here!

5 /5 Michael Goetz: It takes a little while to build trust in a repair shop. These guys have done an excellent job for me twice so far. (Starter, oil change, & tire replacement). I would definitely recommend this shop. Good communication and they invoice the exact estimate amount.

1 /5 Nancy Peck: Im sure theyll erase this. I told the woman who made my appointment that I was told I needed a compressor for my air conditioning. She said they were going to have to run a test on the vehicle.It would take a couple hours. She also told me I wasnt going to be charged for it which was very misleading because they didnt charge me for the test, but they did charge me to run the die through the car to do the test. Oh, they act like you know, theyre explaining everything and they make you sign a couple things. I spent $216.What he told me was only half. It would have been $375 plus tax. But that he was giving me a break but when I left I still didnt have air conditioning when he tokd me Id have it off and on. They told me I needed a compressor which I already knew when I called and made the appointment. So when I left I was out 216. and my car is still neexs to be repaired At this point I would never do business with these people.They knew, it wasnt all these other things.Ive talked to a couple mechanics since then, they said they knew its a a c compressor theyre just trying to make more money on top of it. Well, I couldve been a good customer.Ive had the same mechanic since 1991 in Naples and he just retired.Now I will never have anything good to say about these people.And I certainly will not give them any more business.

5 /5 Johnathan Johnson: Ive had my Hyundai Azera fixed here on several occasions and they did a phenomenal job in getting the parts in a timely manner and my car back up and running. They do a great job of communicating the issues of the vehicle and offer very transparent pricing for parts and labor. I truly appreciate this repair shop! This is a great business if you need to drop your vehicle off in the Naples area for service.

5 /5 Tom Krieshok: We had been fighting our diesel pickup losing coolant while pulling our trailer. We had to stop every hour and add a gallon. The dealer couldnt get us in for 10 days. We found JRs had good reviews so called them and they got us in the next day, ordered a very expensive part, and got it finished the next day. Josh is a super decent and informative tech who explained every piece of the puzzle. Weve taken it back since then for a brake issue that they also handled perfectly. Our go-to shop in Naples.
