Andrew Hill They made unauthorized repairs to my jeep. No one called me to tell me what was wrong or how much it would be to fix it? They charged me $500 for what I am being told is $200 worth of work. Someone else shared a similar experience at this same shop that they way over charged for what they had done. I am leaving review so hopefully others are not taken advantage of. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS SHOP!!!

Debra Simpson I took my 2020 BMW to Mike to get an estimate on replacing engine/transmisson mount(s). BMW quoted me over $1,000 more. While my car was there, Mike gave me a quote to replace my rear brakes, which BMW had quoted at $150 more. Needless to say, my car repairs were done at an affordable cost. I really appreciate the great service and attention to detail. I highly recommend you check with Mike before going elsewhere.

Erica Ruiz I had an issue with my rental car, and they were able to fit me in right away. Not only were they accommodating they also put on cartoons for my kiddos to watch while we waited on the repair in the lobby. They were nice, and worked quickly on my car to get us back on the road in a timely fashion. Highly recommend !

Needed my tires balanced I called and was able to drop off the wheels in the morning expecting to pick up later that day. 1 hour later got a call they were ready to pick up! Very pleased with the communication, speed and price for work done. Its hard to find these type of businesses in todays world. I definately will be back for more great service!! Thanks again!

Tim Leppert I had my 94 Range rover at your shop for almost a month and u charged me over $2000 in repairers as you said rewired the alternator, well you didnt do anything right and now has the same problem. I was patient with the period of time you had in hopes that you were working on it and it sat in the same spot for a long time untouched and had to call alot to get info from you that was usually very vague. I was warned about this place and should have listened.

Misty Rain They charged me a $1.09 more than I paid and my receipt clearly indicates. It may be a small amount and petty yes but it’s companies like this that run AI scams that are ruining our country. They start with small amounts to see who notices and who doesn’t and then work their way up. It may seem small to some but it’s the moral of it. What makes these people think they are entitled to take money that is not theirs? This is a federal offense. To the owner just know you are not above the law and I reported you for these deceptive services. Replying to your message: If you are charging a $1.09 service fee, it is legally required to be itemized on the receipt at the time of purchase. Adding unauthorized charges after a transaction is complete is not only unethical — it is illegal. You can’t just tack on fees after the fact. Let’s be real: this is not a misunderstanding, it’s deceptive business conduct. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, you’ve chosen to respond with a personal attack — a move that only further highlights your culpability. Your response is not only unprofessional, but also potentially constitutes witness intimidation. You should know that what you’re doing isn’t just a civil issue — it rises to the level of credit card fraud and racketeering, both of which carry serious legal consequences. You are speaking to a trained paralegal. I strongly advise you to cease these unlawful practices immediately. Consider this your formal notice.

Its not everyday you meet a mechanic that will accept your keys overnight, unanticipated & have it ready the next day at noon??!!! WOW! My brake line had been compromised and I drove my truck directly to their shop in the middle of the night (w/ no brakes!). Dropped my keys and left them a note explaining how important it was to have my truck back the next day, which is an extremely huge ask of any mechanic. And guess what..? They had me on the road by noon the next day!

Yana Maistrenko I had an amazing experience at Naples Mechanics! I called to see if they could squeeze me in to replace my brake pads, as I was hearing grinding noises. Art was incredibly helpful and quickly assessed the issue, informing me that the brake pads were metal to metal and grinding against the rotors. He offered to replace both the pads and rotors as a set, which was exactly what I needed. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Naples Mechanics for any auto repair needs. I’ll definitely be bringing my 2017 BMW X5 in soon for a valve cover replacement. Thanks again, Art!

First time I visited this shop was when I was driving Chevy, I went to two different shops before coming here and both of them wanted to charge me more than $1000. Here they fixed the problem for $200-$300 and explained to me what was the actual problem. It’s very hard to find mechanics that are honest about the price. Here you will get honest price and quality work, they are always super nice and they explain you with details what’s wrong with your auto.

E H I recently brought my car into Auto Europa to have the occupancy sensor replaced, and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, gave me a fair estimate, and completed the work on time. The quality of the repair was excellent, everything is working perfectly now, and I really appreciated how transparent and honest they were throughout the process. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but this place definitely earns that title. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable, skilled automotive service. Liz Deck I recently came to Flordia, I needed to change my oil and then found a really great place called Kurt’s automotive that Help helped me realize I needed brand new tires as mine had gone bald . I highly recommend their service. They were quick were able to get me in last minute so I could travel home safely. Dennis Driussi Everything worked out better than expected. Cristina and her team did a great job rebuilding my doors on my 1996 F250HD 4x4. Replacement of both door panels, window regulators, window channel felts and all seals including repair of the door handle mechanism and vent window handles. New door hinges including body panel alignment. Everything works like new now. I highly recommend this shop!

Jose Rodriguez I have gone back 4 times for the same problem, today... I go back 5 times. (if they answer the phone) They are disrespectful, rude and have no courtesy. The boss promised me a certain work, and when they saw the work, they refused to do it because they said "it would cost too much" They work for 500 dollars a week yet they think they own the place. I have never meet just stupid and assuming individuals in my life. They take their work personal and treat you bad because "they dont like you" FCA has a great program for clients, but they people who do the work are a bunch of criminals and thugs who are happier to con you then they are to help you with your repairs. They look for the cheap way to fix things, even if they know in 2 weeks your going to have the same problem again. Cheap ash people.

Michael Goetz It takes a little while to build trust in a repair shop. These guys have done an excellent job for me twice so far. (Starter, oil change, & tire replacement). I would definitely recommend this shop. Good communication and they invoice the exact estimate amount.
