1 /5 Brent Johns: I took my 2006 Hummer H3 in for an oil change and because the key was stuck in the ignition and draining the battery if I don’t disconnect the cables every time I get out. Also there was a leak on the left front passenger side from the sunroof and the doors weren’t locking and unlocking electronically. It took them almost a week to look at it and when they did, they called and said they could have it ready in a day. The next day they called and found something else to sell me on and they needed another day. I took $120 of synthetic high mileage oil that was in the back seat with a filter they were to use for the oil change. Upon being presented with my $1152 bill, I was told everything was fixed. None of the panels had been put back in the doors. The ceiling leak had not been repaired. My oil had not been used and the imaginary “better oil” that Mark, the owner told me they used looks like it came out of the burnt oil barrel and they charged me for it. For black sludge. And the key is still stuck in the ignition, draining the battery. I can’t even take the keys out to walk in the gas station. They also used a zip tie to fix the gear shifter and now you can’t close the center console. So $1152 and a week later, they had fixed nothing but didn’t have any problem asking for or taking my money. These people are con artists, liars, and cheats. Do not take your vehicle here unless you want to waste your money and then pay another shop for the same work who will actually get the job accomplished and your car where you are safely able to drive it or trade/resell it. They will destroy your vehicle and they’re going to wind up getting sued.
