The kind patient professional reception we received on telephone and in person was wonderful and calming. Plus they made an immediate appointment for me to come in.
Dr. Plower, a beautiful young Dentist with an aire of knowledge, and experience about her appeared after her assistant seated me and put me to ease (what a coward I am in the Dentist chair oh my goodness its embarrassing) but with confidence, and a warm smile Dr. Plower assured me of what needed to be done and we agreed it ought to be immediate. After fees were paid I sat down panicked. But in an instant as soon as those gulp injections numbed the proper areas of my gums.. out came the tooth. Gone was the horrific lingering pain that I had been in. Antibiotics and proper after care made me well in a couple of days.
I have now switched Dental practices from Dr. Rendon of three years, to Dr. K. Plower. There is no comparison as to the quality of care, expertise, and attention I have received here. My husband also has switched from Dr. Rendon, to Dr. Plower.
