Anna: I come here for my dental cleaning, however I had a problem wisdom tooth I couldnt ignore any longer. The office was able to schedule me in and got the problem taken care of. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Been coming here for years and always pleased.
C Kas: AFTER a few visits and paying each time with insurance was informed it didnt cover what they thought and was hounded for payment immediately also the hygienist is as rough as they get. Did a cleaning and gums were so swollen could not eat for almost a week after. Tried to voice my concerns the next visit and was brushed off that was my last one there. At least the name is close Payne is pain in many ways.
Corinne E: I was unsure of my insurance status, but stopped in to Pancare in Marianna by a suggestion from Telehealth for my son. One of the receptionists was nice, but as I was explaining my situation, the other lady rudely interrupted and took control of my inquiry! She abruptly stated out loud that they have two new patients today and can’t take another new patient, and just being really snippy and cold. I was nothing but pleasant, but this lady should not be working with people! My 15 year old said he almost opened his mouth the way she was speaking to me. I will not ever go back there for help. She had a tone and just, she added to my stressful day until I figured out my insurance status and spoke to another receptionist at another office who was kind and actually asked if I was okay! If you can’t handle simple customer service rapport, you shouldn’t have it as a job, especially when the business is about helping people!
