2 /5 christine4736: I just wanted to share my experience. My grandma, whose English isnt her first language, got a refill gel with the protective base. I am unsure whether she was the "owner" of this establishment, but this lady was very impatient with my grandmother. She told my grandma multiple times to relax her fingers, sure as an artist, I understand that can be frustrating. But for her to constantly do heavy breathe and constantly grabbing my grandmas fingers to keep it still was NOT OKAY. I told her to kindly please wait as I had to confirm whether she wanted her polish to be tip only or full coat. She got frustrated and bang on her table, I KINDLY told her to wait a second! she replied with "well I m going to polish the whole nail." That reply got me frustrated and I told her to wait a minute. As my grandmother was putting her hand under the UV light, she accidentally hit it, another frustration.
This "owner" customer service is the reason I am writing this review, which I never do. My experience and her unprofessionalism is not 100% not okay.
In the end, she constantly wanted to reassurance for her design. On top of that, she took a picture of her work, again to get reassurance and confirmation of her work.
I did not realize how the work resulted, because I just wanted my grandma and I out of there.
