5 /5 Yolanda: Last time we visited they still had the strict covid-19 restrictions and lab work was completed outside in mobile units. Today it was a pleasure to walk inside the building with proper protocols and see the newly renovated facilities. Positive improvement and the lab section looks great. Wait time was minimal and things were pretty quiet in terms of patient traffic. A bit sad to find the store lacking merchandise but its part of the pandemic aftershocks. Baldwin is doing good.

1 /5 Ms RobynHood: Horrible! Called Wensday to make appt got transferred and the phone rings and rings then got hung up on and the person that answered sounded like she was at home. Called back a extremely loud talking guy says well its almost 4:30 and the start of a holiday weekend, he also sounded like he was in his home partying. He transferred me to nowhere and the phone hung up. Lake Baldwin went to crap these last 4 years, very incompetent and unprofessional. Lake Baldwin needs serious change and rid DEI! Look at what the number shows up as. Some Dr name not Lake Baldwin. I thought the VA was government not privately owned??? The place is horrible and no one there cares about doing a good job just check collectors.

1 /5 Deborah Charpentier: I received letters stating staff tried to reach us and werent able to so please call them at the number provided, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, the automated phone system just hangs up on you. I confirmed that the contact info they have is correct, so I think they arent even bothering to call you they just send a letter saying they did.

1 /5 Jay: Whoever answers the Mental Health calls for the VA at Lake Baldwin needs to find another job because they DO NOT know how to speak to people. Most rude people for NO REASON at all!! I was completely normal with my tone of voice and wasn’t asking or saying anything that would warrant this kind of rude behavior or poor customer service. Unprofessional and they just answer and hang up without any common courtesy. Horrid.

1 /5 Nnnn Ssss: Had great experiences at the VA in 2 other states. Lake Baldwin VA is a disappointment! The appointments with LPN and MD went well. Had to get labs drawn but the lab was CLOSED. Six of 7 lab employees called out! No guarantee, they will be there tomorrow. Came for to my appointment on empty stomach. I am now rethinking transitioning my care to this clinic.
