1 /5 Savannah Eldridge: Been going here for a while and never have experienced anything like I did today. The guy running the front desk is awfully rude. The employees were getting into it about not understanding a service needed for my friend who needed a simple gel polish service. The women owner tried clarifying what she was wanting and the front desk worker told my friend to not listen to the owner and just listen to what he’s asking that she wants which he clearly didnt understand the first 3 times my friend told him. He asked her 3 times if she needed all 10 toes done…. I requested regular paint for my pedicure and unfortunately that message wasn’t relayed to the person doing my pedicure. When asking for the massage chair to be turned on I was told it doesn’t work and asked to move to another seat. Which I was then told by another employee that the chair does in fact work. So I turned it on myself. When getting up I put my sandals on myself which I’ve never had to do. No big deal. When going to pay I told the owner I didn’t want gel I just wanted regular polish. He blamed me for not telling the guy, stating I should’ve told him when I saw the guy pulling out the light for gel. Mind you the polish is already on my nails at that time..and the person doing my nails speaks no English so there was a bit of a language barrier. Me, my daughters, and my friend will definitely not be back.

5 /5 Niki Gregor: I’ve been a customer at Lee’s Nails for two years and it’s always a wonderful experience. The entire staff is friendly and well-trained. Tiffany gives the best gel manicures and pedicures, and Chris and Tyler both give fabulous dip powder manicures. They really strive for perfection on every visit. Making appointments is quick and easy and I always feel welcome and like I’m part of their family.

1 /5 Daniel Roell: I have gone here many times and usually am quite happy at the results. On Saturday I went to have a M/P. I asked for a M/P and was told by the young man at the desk to take a seat to wait. No problem. After 20 min of waiting the young man asked me are you waiting for someone. No, I said I asked for a M/P. I was then rushed through a $60 service that took less time then others who were already there. This was because they were taking a group that another location could not handle. I will now find a new provider. But, I will ask that provider if they are associated with Lees. I dont mind paying for good service and tip $20 to the nail tech. As a retired business manager this is not how I taught my team to provide superior customer service.

1 /5 Emily Seiter: been going here forever but today the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. not only did he ask me the same question 4 times asking “you want all of your toes painted?” as if i wanted only my big toes painted?! but when i looked confused at the woman nail tech that was doing my toes (she was very nice) he rudely said “dont look at her, look at me when i speak to you” he spoke perfect english and was extremely rude. but also then the manager lied and tried to say my friend was taking advantage of them because of their mistake. i can handle mistakes but the men at this establishment were terrible and should take a class on customer management. me and my friend wont be back and you should take your customers feedback and grow from it instead of calling them liars and “ghetto”. extremely sad
