Front desk are not professional at all. Hanging around not greeting patients or asking for required documents. I checked into kiosk then took a seat. No one made sure I was checked in. Sat waiting for a while and seen how unprofessional front desk was and left. Medical staff have strong accents and when they speak it’s hard to understand. You have to be Haitian or Latin to some what understand them. I would NEVER recommend anyone here LPG Primary Care - Dunbar - Fort Myers Mike Anthony: Linda Mondragon is wonderful, and very efficient at drilling down into your needs. She takes my health seriously, and I need that kick in the pants to get myself taken care of.
I appreciate how close this office is to home, and appointments are generally fairly quick. Ive had a few small problems with paperwork mis-filing, but nothing that didnt take more than a day to fix.
Staff is friendly and attentive, and its nice seeing the same people from time to time.
