1 /5 FORT MYERS GROUP LLC: My dad went to the facility due to strong leg and back pain to this specific facility and was seen by BRITTANEE DONOVAN, PA-C – NPI #1740658368 Physician Assistant who was rude and discriminated against my father for being Hispanic and an elderly man. She didnt even let him tell her how he was filling, she interrupted him, screamed at him and even left the room without seeing him and without provided him medical attention, the person that was translating the conversation felt so bad that she even stayed there and apologized for the so called "doctor" behavior. Medical staff sometimes forget that they ought to be professional and provide attention to those in need, nobody wants to get sick and thats why we pay for insurance, the medical attention is not free and they charge a lots of money for it. This incident could have happened to any other human being in the same facility, we all have bad days but patients dont have to put up with Medical staff personal issues. I will report this discriminatory incident to the County Health Department and the Florida Department of Health as well.

5 /5 MaryJo Soska: Ive had two recent experiences at Lee Health Convenient Care. From the staff in registration to the discharge staff and everyone in between, all were kind, caring and supportive. The wait time to get in the back was only 15 minutes each time. Both times we were seen quickly by nurse practioner, tests ordered and completed timely. They are open 7 days from 7 to 7, which accommodates most schedules. Thank you for your professionalism and support for your patients. You rock!

My experience was phenomenal, and I would highly trust this practice with any urgent care needs. The facility was clean, and the team was attentive and responsive to all my questions.

5 /5 Dave Ogrean: My wife went in to have stitches removed from her left shin where she had had Mohs surgery at home in Colorado two weeks ago. It was a complicated situation and Brittany Donovan P.A. was terrific. She sought out a colleague for a second opinion on the best way to proceed, and then did a flawless job removing the stitches without opening the wound (which she was concerned about). Brittany is a star! (as is Casssndra at the check/in desk). Thank you both.

5 /5 Holly Donahue: I cannot believe I’m giving a five star review to an urgent care facility. I have never been treated so well or so quickly. Yes, I was there a a little over two hours, but they were very forthright with how long the wait was, and gave an honest timeline. The last urgent care facility I went to had me waiting for five hours. The staff were amazing and empathetic. I still can’t believe how well I was treated.

Whether the doctors keep changing or leaving and the appointments are canceled at the last minute and changed for months ahead, if you call the office you may wait 15 minutes or more without answers.There is not management completely out of control

Santé Plus Medical Center | Lehigh Acres | Florida Blue Doctor - Lehigh Acres Mara Martinez: This place is a joke. Front desk are not professional at all. Hanging around not greeting patients or asking for required documents. I checked into kiosk then took a seat. No one made sure I was checked in. Sat waiting for a while and seen how unprofessional front desk was and left. Medical staff have strong accents and when they speak it’s hard to understand. You have to be Haitian or Latin to some what understand them. I would NEVER recommend anyone here

LPG Primary Care - Dunbar - Fort Myers Mike Anthony: Linda Mondragon is wonderful, and very efficient at drilling down into your needs. She takes my health seriously, and I need that kick in the pants to get myself taken care of. I appreciate how close this office is to home, and appointments are generally fairly quick. Ive had a few small problems with paperwork mis-filing, but nothing that didnt take more than a day to fix. Staff is friendly and attentive, and its nice seeing the same people from time to time.
