1 /5 Mary Ann Salamone: I waited 2.5 months for an appointment with Dr. Mila Kmezic. Her office phoned, with less than 24 hours of my appointment, to tell me that Dr. Kmezic was going to a meeting instead and that I needed to reschedule. Dr. Kmezic wasted 2.5 months of my time for an appointment with her to end up being a no show. Im glad that this happened up front. Now I know not to waste any more of my time with this office and with this physician.

1 /5 svetlana clarke: The worst place ever. First they couldn’t receive the referral via fax so I brought it in. Then I called 4 times they wouldn’t call me back to schedule an appointment finally someone said it’s because of Covid situation. So disorganized they couldn’t let me know when I called the first time?! Ok then I called again the lady said they started booking and within 72 hours scheduling group will reach out to you, it’s been almost 2 weeks and nothing. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Lee Memorial Health System - Fort Myers angela alvarez: Lee county health system. Including gulf coast, cape coral, lee county n health park owned by the same ceos and family owned, most doctors working in different areas are family members. All incompetent, its a corrupt institution, profiting from capping insurance and murdering your loved ones. Misdiagnosis and un needled treatments. Basically you lab rats for profiting. you suspect fowl play, they shut you down and medical records dissappear. A classaction lawsuit needs to be opened. Problem, not an attorney in lee county will touch them. They murdered, yes murdered my 30 yr old son. I was able to scan all records before they dissappear and when requested was refused, then dissappear. Autopsy performed by the country tpo forensic pathologist with the fbi, proved what i suspected. They murdered him.

LPG Primary Care - North Fort Myers - North Fort Myers Paul Zborovsky: The most caring doctors and staff I’ve ever had in my 52 years. I can’t say enough and how much I appreciate them. I’ve been blessed with Sierra and Shirley so i always include them in my prayers.

Lee Health Endocrinology - The Sanctuary - Fort Myers Yodaima: Lee health has something in general related to customer service that really should change, we are patients with a diagnosis that should be seen as clients because without us, well there will be no jobs for medical office staff, all the receptionist staff treat us as they were doing us a favor, get an appointment and a regular to good customer service is so difficult all the time I don’t understand.

Whether the doctors keep changing or leaving and the appointments are canceled at the last minute and changed for months ahead, if you call the office you may wait 15 minutes or more without answers.There is not management completely out of control

Santé Plus Medical Center | Lehigh Acres | Florida Blue Doctor - Lehigh Acres Mara Martinez: This place is a joke. Front desk are not professional at all. Hanging around not greeting patients or asking for required documents. I checked into kiosk then took a seat. No one made sure I was checked in. Sat waiting for a while and seen how unprofessional front desk was and left. Medical staff have strong accents and when they speak it’s hard to understand. You have to be Haitian or Latin to some what understand them. I would NEVER recommend anyone here

I wish there were more people like her in customer service. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant!

LPG Primary Care - Dunbar - Fort Myers Mike Anthony: Linda Mondragon is wonderful, and very efficient at drilling down into your needs. She takes my health seriously, and I need that kick in the pants to get myself taken care of. I appreciate how close this office is to home, and appointments are generally fairly quick. Ive had a few small problems with paperwork mis-filing, but nothing that didnt take more than a day to fix. Staff is friendly and attentive, and its nice seeing the same people from time to time.
