2 /5 Kloey Willson: Had the WORST experience yesterday, I have been to the salon before with no issues. Emily who does my pedicure does a fantastic job everytime, I needed to get my nails done so I decided to go ahead and get my nails done while I was there. I asked for an acrylic full set which is not at all what I received. She put gel-x nails on me and while I told myself to trust the process it just got worse and worse. There was 4 other workers standing around her as if she was going to do outstanding work, only for it to be the worse set I’ve ever received. She didn’t have the “bow” I wanted and when I told her she could just skip it she preceded to put the rhinestones in place of the bow. Although this whole process is partially my fault for not speaking up (which I rarely do at nail salons) there would’ve been no issue if the nail tech would’ve just did as I asked in the beginning. Afterwards she told me, “I did gel-x because acrylic takes to long”. That’s fine and all but not okay to say to a paying customer who didn’t ask for gel- x. If she didn’t wanna do my nails she should’ve just said that. Then I was charged 25 for designs that weren’t even what I asked for. Worse of all they came off within a week which is ridiculous for the price I paid for.
