5 /5 Robin Cunningham: Just move down to Boca and I’ve been shopping around for a good nail salon. Boy, did I get lucky with this one!! Lily & H are centrally located in town, but the best part of course is the service. I went for a pedicure and an acrylic fill with gel polish. Rosie did my pedicure for me, she was sweet and proficient. She’s got a great personality and really adds to the salon. My toes came out beautifully, nice and smooth and pretty. Lily was my nail tech for my fingers, we hunted and hunted for just the right color, she went above and beyond. My fingernails look beautiful as well, and the price is great. Not over blown like quite a few of the salons in town are. She also offers lashes, facials, etc. All in all, I had a great experience and I will definitely keep going!

5 /5 Rachael Kelly: I really enjoyed my experience at the salon. The manicurist spent so much time on each of my nails and made them perfect. It was also so nice to have a conversation/connect with the amazing lady who was doing my nails, and not have someone shouting over my head in another language while ignoring me (you get my drift). The place was super clean and their massage chairs were amaaaazing!! I cant wait to go back!!!

1 /5 Coral Bay Builders: I have gone to Lily & H Nail Salon a few times and have encountered some uncomfortable things such as no return calls, no reminders - which they dont have for some reason. Strange for a business, but gave them a chance. On Saturday July 29, 2023, I had a 2:30 pm appointment with Rosie. I mentioned to her how I had a lovely lunch including two beers. When I went home, I realized part of my pedicure had not been done. I called and left a polite message indicating that the appointment was rushed this time and did not receive the hot towel treatment on my legs. The woman next to me picked out the exact same nail color and mentioned that mine looked lighter - and it did. Lily, the other owner agreed. Rosie returned my phone call and said "OMG, you have dementia". "You dont remember?" "We have cameras." "I can show you the video. I agreed. Yes, please show me the video. Rosie replied that she could not do it right now. I replied that I could wait. Then Rosie tried to renege and said sarcastically for me to have a have a nice weekend. Rosie went to far and said that I need to stop drinking so much." This is coming from a nail salon that offered me a glass of wine on my first visit. Sorry, Rosie, after having eating fish chips with a side salad, chicken wings and a cup of potato soup over a period of two hours, I dont think two beers qualify me as having dementia. You were rude, unprofessional and demeaning. I have called my Credit card company and disputed the charge. Does anyone know of a courteous salon in Boca as I will not be returning. You know and I know that you have zero proof! A bad word goes a long way. There are hundreds of more nail salons to choose from. Thank you for showing me your true colors.

5 /5 Sean MacAdie: Lilly is absolutely the best manicurist I have ever found! She is meticulous in doing manicures and pedicures. Besides that, she is a wonderful woman running her own shop. Several of my friends also are her clients and all of us enjoy her work and the atmosphere of her shop. I could not recommend her more. If you choose to use her services, I am sure you will be very happy with the experience!

Shape & Shine Spa - Boca Raton LiLi Gerdes: they saw my previous review about being unsatisfied with my nails and immediately called to schedule a complimentary appointment to give me what i asked for. i love my new nails honestly the best nails ive had in my life and mei is so sweet we had a whole conversation and i felt taken care of. long story short, i had isa the first time but if you are looking for really professional and kindness, ask for mei❤️

Lotus Nails Spa - Boca Raton Mar Pen: This is by far the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten in life. It took the girl 1 hour and 45 minutes to do a gel manicure and regular pedicure. There were bumps all over my nails. One week later the gel has chipped off-I have never had this happen. When I went to file the jagged parts, the polish just came off. BUYER BEWARE! I wish I would have gotten the name of the girl that did my nails because there are clearly other techs there that do a good job. As another reviewer noted, I was also hovered over as I paid. I felt like I was being blocked in basketball game, the way the lady had her arms out to make sure I didn’t walk out before paying.

Tipsy Nailbar Boca - Boca Raton Emilia: I walked in and the service was nice they got me seated and started my pedicure right away. Although the nail lady went super fast and rushed pedicure, my nails are okay. It was time for the manicure and the lady didnt even cut my nails. She filed them though, but she wasnt really paying attention so she hurt one of my nails and it started bleeding. I was upset of course. When she painted my nails she missed a lot of spots so as a result some parts were painted and some were not. The end result was okay but the following day not even 24 hours later my nails were completely chipped. I do not bite my nails and I am careful with them so I knew that the quality of the nail polish was horrible. I will not be returning there again

However, I am well acquainted with every nail tech… and everyone is wonderful. Not only do I get EXCELLENT service, but it is my HAPPY PLACE! I’m well taken care of… and I appreciate it.

Lily Nail Spa - Boca Raton Stormy Hampton: Being my first time here. I was excited about the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. I wanted acrylic. Linda did them. They look fine. But she hurt my cuticles and the surrounding tissue of my nails. They are throbbing today. Lynn did the French paint on them. She honestly could have done better. I believe they rushed. I would have gladly waited for an appt. Instead of this painful rush job. Everyone was really nice. I wanted to find a nail salon home so badly.

Pro Nail Spa - Boca Raton Mallory Deblauw: They were nice. Some do not speak English well at all. I told the lady I just wanted a polish and not a full pedicure and she still gave me the full pedicure. I told her multiple times I do not want a full pedicure just a polish. I did get a refund after the fact. They did not compare my nail length when I got acrylics. I came home to realize my two fingers have a huge difference and I have French tips so it’s noticeable. I spent $140 for French tips Acrylic and a polish for my toes (tip included). If you do decide to get French tips you’re charged an extra $5. I am not one to complain about my nails but, I needed these nails for a very important event.

Boca Raton Todays Hair & Nails - Boca Raton R A III N: Went in for my first time pedicure with my partner. Front lady asked which package we would like, $35 basic or $50 deluxe. Me and my partner both said and confirmed with her twice that we would try out basic $35 pedicure package since it’s our first time. But at the end when it came time for cashing out, she ended up charging us $100 for the deluxe price. I didn’t argue and tipped $20 in total. Service felt rushed for the price i paid. For any first time goers, try a different place. Hospitality: 5/10 Service: 4/10 Communication: 0/10 Recommendation: Avoid

Majestic Nails & Spa - Boca Raton Britt Rash: Oh my goodness!! If I could give them 100 stars, I would. I came here in TEARS. I am not someone who regularly gets my nails done BUT, my wedding was last month so I kind of needed to. I allowed a friend’s friend to do her thing for me & I was TOO NICE to complain but I left horrified, I asked for round she gave me a shape I don’t even know how to describe. I arrived to Majestic out of desperation because they are across from where I live. They catered to me with such warmth, kindness, & understanding & FIXED my horrific nails into something beautiful I was proud to wear for my wedding day. I came back tonight for my refill & I will be a recurring customer from here on out. THANK YOU SO MUCH - best part, this place is clean, gorgeous, & peaceful!!!! Anyone you get is talented & you will not leave unhappy! Love this place!!
