2 /5 Diana Abadir: Today, I went to the nail salon for the first time. Nancy, the technician, did my nails, and she was absolutely amazing. The only issue was that she is very slow, but she is extremely professional.
When I finished and went to pay, I used Apple Pay. Nancy needed help, so she asked Lynn for assistance (I learned Lynn’s name from others calling her). Unfortunately, Lynn was very rude to both me and Nancy. She spoke in an unprofessional and impolite manner, saying, “Do you have the card?” I replied, “No.” Then she said harshly, “You have to click to pay; otherwise, I’ll have to repeat the steps on the machine again!”
Lynn was so rude, and despite me asking her multiple times to wait because I was paying with my phone, she showed no patience. After I completed the payment, she didn’t say thank you or even smile. Instead, she walked away to her client with an angry expression. To make matters worse, her client mocked me as well. It was such a rude and unpleasant experience.
I’m not sure if I want to go back to that salon, even though I really loved Nancy.
