1 /5 Abigail Jewett: I went to Lilys Nails for a gel manicure and left with the wrong color, shape and a bloody nail. Two women worked on my nails, they were extremely rude, yanking my arms around and snapping at me to open my hands. There were bubbles and dust under the polish and when I let them know that I was concerned about the finish and shape they insisted it would be fine. I was given less than 30 seconds to choose a color and although I picked out a white polish, I was given a peachy pink. The gel was all over my fingers and curing to the washcloth underneath my hands. One of the women picked at my cuticle so hard I started to bleed and when I expressed my frustration they proceeded to ask for a tip and still charged me $35. Very disappointing experience.
