Larry Grobman I love, love Charles and Semi! Although I am a customer, they treat me like family. You cannot get that anywhere! I transplanted from Connecticut 6 years ago and have been getting my nails and feet done. They do not just just do an awesome job making you look good, they know how to care for your nails, too!

ni3zqs The man was very rude I had shown a picture of what I want he grabbed my phone and said forget about it then when its time to dry my gel nail polish he took my hand in a certain way that I cant even explain. For my pedicure and my eyebrows the old lady did them that was a big waste of time for my $107 plus $5tip I cant go nowhere with those messy things. If you have to go there please avoid the man and the old lady because the Cubans ladies are well mannered and professionally served. Definitely I would like to get there for nothing.

Maria Gironza Found this place last minute on a Sunday. Thankfully they took me in with no appointment. I had a full set French, a gel pedi, and brow waxing. I loved everything! Service was spectacular and everyone was so nice, welcoming, and professional. Also, the best pedicure I’ve had in quite some time…he took his time for sure and it came out great.

Jennifer Mercado Ive been coming to the salon for almost a year, and love it. I get great service, my appointments are always honored and my nails last til the next appointment. Ive gotten infrequent pedicures, but am pleased everytime with the results. They also offer kids manicures, and my daughter loves the VIP experience too!

De’aira Coriolant KEVIN is amazing! He pays close attention to detail and makes sure every nail looks perfect. The whole experience was relaxing, and he really takes his time to ensure you’re happy with the results. My nails always come out flawless, and I leave feeling pampered. Catalina Barraza It’s been 4 days since my visit, I went in and asked for dip. The lady who assisted me tried to convince me get gel. Now I know why it’s been four days and my middle finger of dip has popped off, which has never happened. They are also A LOT thicker than they should be. I would not go here and waste your money!!

Althea M Manor Allure has a wonderful and friendly staff. The facilities are clean and comfortable. I have been going there for over a year and enjoy each visit. I dont add tips and they suggested that I get a dip that gets your nails healthy and they were right my nails are so strong now, and last for a long time. They have a customer for life. Jay Rivas I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Nela Nails. The service was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. Despite their sign stating non-Spanish speakers should leave, they took advantage of my wife and I, doing her nails in a rushed and careless manner. When we addressed the poor quality and asked for a refund, they refused to accommodate or correct their mistake. No business should treat customers differently based on their background, and this kind of discrimination is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this salon.

Grow Setter I had a terrible experience at Nela Nails. The service was far from professional, and the treatment we received was disappointing. My wife’s nails were done poorly, and when we asked for them to be fixed or for a refund, they were uncooperative and dismissive. It felt like they were taking advantage of us, and the sign at the door telling non-Spanish speakers to leave is simply unacceptable. This kind of behavior is not what you expect from any business. I would not recommend going here based on our experience.

Jason&Brianna Bowler Here is my most recent set. Joy is amazing! I can never choose a color or what I want but she always helps and it’s always cute! She shapes my nails well, they last long, and are good quality. She is clean as well as her salon. The atmosphere is chill and friendly so you will love it! Prices are very reasonable. Seriously I can’t think of a single thing wrong with or that I’d want to change about this place. 10/10 recommend!!!

The booksy app was easy to use, but I would book your appointment a few days earlier to see what time slots are available. I had a great experience. She is very efficient and talented! king Joy “JJK” This place is horrible and poor customer service . An elderly man did my pedicure and manicure and was very rough. These elderly people should not allowed to do people nails because they have poor eyesight. The garbage bin is gross and over flowing and the towels are old and torn. They need to be changed just has how they changed the massage chairs. Why the prices keep increasing each time i go there? and the color polish i needed cannot be found? Language barrier is another problem.

Douglas Bushey I usually don’t make reviews like this but I am beyond disappointed about the way my wife was treated at this nail salon. She went in to get her nails done and she had a terrible experience, the girl that attended her even cut my wife twice, granted it was by accident, but she never even said sorry for it. She took way longer than she should’ve, so she had plenty of time and was under no pressure and yet she still cut my wife twice… imagine if she was under some sort of time pressure. When my wife told the manager what happened, showed her the wounds on her fingers, and asked if they could at least give a small discount (for cutting her and the terrible service), the manager got upset and declined. We’re never going back to this place and definitely won’t be recommending it to anyone!!

Marysol A. I had a good experience here. I had to come in for a quick pedicure in the middle of errands and they were able to accommodate me. Everyone was nice and attentive. The salon has massage chairs and they also do waxing in the front. I noticed they provide other services facials threading and lashes.

Meghan Carney I have been going to Kay Salon for approximately 18+ years. Kay always does a fantastic job! She has done my nails for special occasions and hand painted designs for my favorite sports teams, holidays, etc. She offers a wide variety of colors and services. She is a true artist and is so talented and detail oriented. I have also had the pleasure of enjoying her refreshing facials. My skin feels so soft & hydrated for weeks afterwards. Her facial is the best I have ever experienced and I highly recommend it to anyone. Kay cares very much about providing top notch service to all of her clients. She goes out of her way to ensure each client leaves very satisfied and happy. I highly recommend Kay Salon in every way!

Jessica Ransom I always recommend Kay as I have never had a better manicure or pedicure anywhere else. The salon is immaculately clean, she is always ready for you at your appointed time, there are more colors than you can possibly try, and the results are consistently perfect.

Andrea Almeida Kay’s Salon is easily the best nail salon I’ve been to in my 20+ years of getting my nails done in cities all over the US. Kay is the ultimate professional as well as a perfectionist. Carefully scheduling by appointment only, she allows for the time needed for her level of utmost care and attention to detail. She is always ready and waiting for me when I arrive. The services may be priced slightly higher than other nail salons, but the experience of respectful service and quality of work easily make it worth it. You get what you pay for and I highly recommend this salon.

Low Checkout Besides the quality of the work…got my nails done on 2/14/25 now it’s 2/18/25, 3 nails already came off . First time it was bad so I gave them a second chance since the customer service wasn’t too bad but….

tatum thiboult this nail salon is the best. i have been coming to them for almost a year and they never disappoint. hannah is one of the best nail tecs for extra nails or designs. even tho i live far i will never stop coming to this salon they always do so good.

Farha Pierre Adele does my pedicures and she is a master. She makes my feet look great and with each appointment they’ve been looking prettier and prettier! Adele is the BEST. I’ve recently discovered Hannah she does my full set nails and her personality is so sweet. Every time I sit down to do my nails with her I get excited because the results are always so elegant, beautiful, and fabulous. I feel like a woman when I leave not every nail shop makes me feel that way. Attached is the last set I did with Hannah.

Gina Gutierrez Maria at Golden Nails does a wonderful job with my Acrylic Nails. I never get lifting or breakage. Shes professional, friendly, clean and her pricing is fantastic. Its always a pleasure when I come in. Highly recommend.

Regina Key I was recommended to Ro by a close friend who isnt a customer but she had seen the work. I love the cleanliness, the conversations and the timeliness. If my appointment is at 4 , 5, 6 pm thats my time without delay. The shop is clean and the other ladies in the shop are professional as well. I am glad for the recommendation because my last tech for over 20 years couldnt touch the work nor the tech Ro. I love me some Isabel she is such a sweetheart. Deborah Habersham If you have not visited Nail Boutique II, you are missing an experience. This place is quiet, very clean, and not overcrowded with others on top of you. It is family oriented and they are very, very pleasant. They aim to please and provide great service in a timely manner.

Heather Garone Charlie and his family have been doing my nails for about 11 years now and they have wonderful customer service and they do a really great job and you can’t ask for more loyal or nice people. Charlie is very creative in his nail design and I don’t go anywhere else. I’ve tried one other time and it was a disaster.

Jessica Watson Service providers are great! I used to love this place but the spa is really falling apart.. no attention to upkeep or comfort. It feels cheap now. The robes have holes, the slippers are dirty, the lounge room is feeling ancient and not comfortable. The sauna / steam room was already minimal and now not functioning. There is no attention to details (I’ve been there about a million times and they have no memory/record of it). Definitely hoping west palm opens a better experience soon!

Olivia Dietrich If you’re looking for a 90s prom updo this is the place for you. I asked for a low loose bun with curled pieces in the front, clean and simple. It was a curled pinned mess. This is not the place if you’re trusting a stylist to be current with the trends. Washed it out immediately when I got home. Photos of inspo versus what I got - yikes.

Mackenzie McGahee I was in desperate need of a good nail tech. I tried many well-known salons in the area, but none worked. Until I found Tiffany at Alchemy!! That was 2 years ago, and I never left! Not only is Tiffany’s technique incredible, but she is also skilled at nail art and the sweetest soul. The salon has always been a clean and relaxing environment. My nails have never been healthier. Amber New review since, prior to this one, Ive had good experiences/manicures from this place. Today I went for a cats eye manicure and was taken by the man that works in front of Laura. He not only barely said a word to me, but the manicure is NOT cats eye, there is no line or effect on my nails, it looks more like ombre than cats eye.
