Ordering? Oh they’re amazing! Getting core money back? You’ll get no response, have to call DAILY, all for the core pickup to continually be pushed further and further. Not to mention the fact that they lie and say a driver came or that your core was toppled over in the dirt and couldn’t be picked up - both untrue - (but when confronted with the fact that we have cameras everywhere and show there’s NO footage of a driver arriving or leaving, and your cameras show there’s core perfectly stable on a pallet upright) they ghost you for several days before you ultimately have to call over and over and over again. We’ve started ordering through the Ft Myers office (a whole 8 hours from us) where we actually get decent customer service. LKQ Bonifay is a whole joke.
