While driving down the interstate we started to hear a vibration which turned out to be the plastic side panel vibrating due to a crack at the screw hole where we lost the bolt The staff was very helpful with securing the side panel for us! Big name stores do not help you like this types of places!!

Kayla Cloud Went in to ask if they took used motor oil and was told yes. I told them had four 5 quart jugs. None of the employees offered to help carry any, none of them got the door for me, none of them offered to take any when I made it back inside and was visibly struggling with the weight and cumbersome box. The employee who led me to the back was actually whistling and swinging his clip board instead of offering help. My first time in that store will be my last.

Al Becirovic The service was fine, they did what they said they would but the owner is a prick. I was quoted to get the job done and they ran into an issue and wanted to blame us for it, i cant pay for someone elses mistakes, so i wanted an explanation why my bill was higher than quoted, the owner jumped on the phone and started screaming at me calling me names out of nowhere, i was having a professional conversation with the lady, i also didnt have any issues with the mechanics, but he was very unprofessional, next time if i break down in that area i will take my chances with TA or LOVES or tow my truck rather than dealing with this owner, KEVIN learn some manners, learn to communicate with peopole, screaming will just get you these types of reviews UPDATE: The part the they replaced was possibly used cannot prove it, but they charged me for a new part, my truck broke down again with the same issue, fixed this time propperly for $107....they charged me $1400+ to get this same job done initially, RUN RUN RUN do not use these people

Zachary Sewell Smith Autoworks did a really good job on my truck. Devin was professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He did some bodywork and painting. I also had him buff my entire truck which had scratches all down it. Truck looks like it came out of the factory. I have never posted reviews online but I felt the need 2 post this. 5 star rating. Smith Autoworks got to me fast and prices were very reasonable.

Melisa Jelliff 17 minutes and still only a very quick “hold please” and hang up. Meanwhile, we spend thousands a month with this company, to get awful customer service 98% of the time. Ordering? Oh they’re amazing! Getting core money back? You’ll get no response, have to call DAILY, all for the core pickup to continually be pushed further and further. Not to mention the fact that they lie and say a driver came or that your core was toppled over in the dirt and couldn’t be picked up - both untrue - (but when confronted with the fact that we have cameras everywhere and show there’s NO footage of a driver arriving or leaving, and your cameras show there’s core perfectly stable on a pallet upright) they ghost you for several days before you ultimately have to call over and over and over again. We’ve started ordering through the Ft Myers office (a whole 8 hours from us) where we actually get decent customer service. LKQ Bonifay is a whole joke.
