1 /5 Lilthug Whats happening: I recently visited a Local auto solutions (march 20th) and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I knew something wasnt right. The employees were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the entire place had a dirty and unorganized appearance.
The first issue arose when I asked for a quote for some minor repairs on my car. The employee who was supposed to assist me seemed disinterested in helping and gave me an extremely high estimate. When I asked for a breakdown of the costs, he became defensive and rude, refusing to provide me with any further information.
Despite my reservations, I decided to go ahead with the repairs, only to find that the work was shoddy and incomplete. When I raised my concerns, the employees became aggressive and confrontational, accusing me of being difficult and unreasonable.
To make matters worse, I discovered that they had charged me for parts that were not even used in the repairs. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and refused to provide a refund.
Overall, my experience at this autoshop was a complete nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere. The employees are unprofessional, the work is shoddy, and the prices are outrageously high. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle and go to a more reputable autoshop instead
