1 /5 Marie McJilton: Marcello is super nice and might do a great job....on non-electrical issues? I needed to replace the touch screen on my entertainment system and took it in.
He pulled out the old system (adding several scratches to the dash) and found out the replacement part was for the wrong model car. He put the old system back and returned my to car to me with NOTHING working. No entertainment, no nav, no backup camera!
He told me, "Sometimes this happens," and maybe itll come back on after I drive around a bit. I knew this couldnt be right as everything was working fine previously. So i sucked it up and took it to the dealership who told me it wasnt reinstalled correctly. A wire was pinched that was shorting a fuse. It cost me $200 to fix what Marcello broke.
I am beyond disappointed and want to warn other potential customers.
