1 /5 Jennifer Miller: I have gone to this location for over 6-8 years now and new ownership has changed. Went today with my daughter and the manager did her massage and I had Danielle (Unprofessional)! We were in the first five minutes and I told her i would like it a little harder and she told me the customer, that’s what a Swedish massage is, light touch. She refused to make adjustments, therefore, my massage was a waste! I could have gotten a better massage if I went to a massage school in training. Do Not Buy any gift certificates from these people. They are a SCAM. I spoke with the manager directly and see said I should get a deep tissue. This thing is I have deep tissue at times and there is no price difference, just excuses! This is not correct, within the first 5 minutes of all massages, whether it’s Swedish, deep tissue, etc., it’s the massage therapist’s job to make sure the touch is correct. Is this too hard of pressure or is it good. When looking at their most recent reviews, the owners and managers are calling customer cheap, not wanting to pay for services they received and name calling. This is NOT a reputable business, take fair warning if you want a clean, professional organization who wants to deliver top notch customer service, this is NOT your place. Lack of management and leadership are at the core of problem! Taking my business elsewhere, as should YOU!
