5 /5 Cindy Calhoun: I have a BMW that is just a year old and the other day the check engine light came on? I followed what the manual stated and then called Lower Keys European Auto Service to see if they could help as I did not want to drive to Miami to have it addressed. I took the car today and dropped it off with Eddie, the owner. He kept me informed, calling with updates. Long story short . . . I had the car back just before 1:00 and it ran perfectly, including the remote start. I am so happy to have a reliable place closer to Key West. Eddie worked for BMW for years and had his own business in Orlando so hes very experienced. I am very pleased! Thanks Eddie!

5 /5 Terminal Stare: I just got a 1997 Mercedes E320. The AC wasnt working. I took it to another place and they told me to come and get it and that it had a Massive leak, but, they did give me Eddies phone number at European Specialists. Not only did Eddie fix my car within an hour, he delivered it back to my home so I wouldnt be without my sweet Mercedes for the weekend. He is excellent. Already passed his name to other Mercedes owners. Thanks Eddie. You are 1 in a million .

5 /5 Kimi Rother: If you are looking for a local mechanic that you can trust and specializes in repairs for all European Cars, including BMW, Mercedes Mini Cooper, Jaguar, Land Rover, Vw Audi Volvo, then Eddie is the guy you need to call. He has the specialized equipment to run diagnostics and troubleshoot your vehicle’s problems. Need regular maintenance? He can do that as well…and get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Where else in the Keys can you get that kind of service??? We had a slow battery drain on our MiniCooper Countryman. It would not start if it sat for more than a day! Electric issues are always a difficult issue. Eddie ordered the part that we needed (a fuse box), installed it and we are back on the road! 3 days to get the part, 1 day to install…AMAZING!!! Highly recommend!!!

5 /5 L S: I can’t say enough good things about this shop, I bring both of my Mercedes to them for two years now and have friends with range rovers and bmws That also use them. This is the only place in the keys you can trust with your European car. I have lived in Monroe county for 17 years and owning European cars has always been a headache when repairs are needed. Lots of shops see dollar signs and claim to know euro cars but end up screwing things up and costing more money, only to Be told I have to go to dealer in miami! Well I’m happy to say since finding lower keys European I’ll never have to make the drive to miami again.
