Jameka Johnson I came here for a 8 inch suspension lift and left with missing brackets and bolts. No alignment was done. No inspection was done before they gave me the truck. Also, my truck sat for three months alongside other trucks so please don’t expect quick work. They refuse to replace the parts and expected others to work on top of what they screwed up. I had to go elsewhere and fix their mistakes to get it done in a reasonable time. They are very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy !

Pamela Manaton We had our electronic emergency brake lock on our new Ford truck and couldnt get it to release. We contacted Ford for roadside assistance and they dispatched Certified Service Center. The representative was very helpful in trying to get the brake to release, and when it wouldnt, we decided to have the vehicle towed to the dealer. Before the truck was loaded on the flatbed, the owner, Greg, arrived to take a look at the truck as well. Together, they were able to release the brake and we didnt need the tow. Were very grateful for their professionalism and quick response to us while we were stranded at night. We would highly recommend them to anyone. UPDATE: We had our other truck break down and had to have it towed to the dealership. We called Certified and they had a truck there in 30 minutes. The driver was quick to load the truck on the flatbed and extremely polite. We followed him to the dealership. He was a very professional driver. We highly recommend Certified for any of your service needs.

0 V 0 Official I brought my 2006 Honda Civic in with the check engine light flashing and car in limp mode. I personally replaced the MAF sensor and subsequently the car started stalling out at stops when I press the gas. It also needed a water pump. Came in Friday before labor day. They replaced the water pump $500 and a serpentine belt. Water pump is now leaking again so money wasted. They didnt try to repair the reason I brought it in until the next week. I brought it in and they Said they cleaned the throttle body. A "no no" on these Hondas if you know how to work on them. I asked if it was fixed,but it wasnt. In fact they also decided to smoke their cigarettes in my car. So they lied about fixing it and damaged my interior with cigarette smoke. Car still has the same problem. Its people like this that give a bad name and basically con people out of their hard earned money. Update. Its now March, approx. six months since they changed my water pump out and guess what, Its now leaking water again and the engine light is blinking because the new water pump is already going out. The original water pump lasted to 200,000 miles. I didnt even get six months out of this so called repair. I thinks its time I call a lawyer. Since the only thing they seem to know how to do is change belts and oil changes. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I gave them a chance and they decided to lie and cheat me out of hard earned money. I have no affiliation with any other automotive repair shops. Im just a normal person that needed a professional to do the job, because I work all the time. These people failed miserably and have caused me a considerable amount of stress, because I cant trust anyone with my vehicle that I use to get to work and survive.

tiffany langford Gregory gave me a tip to try so I’d be able to actually drive my car to their shop to be fixed instead of having them tow it, and it worked!! That alone was a blessing for me! Not to mention it was a tow bill that they could have profited from, but he was honest enough to inform me anyways. That is rare! Then, they were great about keeping me informed on my cars status and with such good manners with honesty, efficiency and fair pricing these guys are my new go to for repairs!!

Erica Tate These good ole boys saved us!!!! We blew a tire going home to Texas and they were the only shop open, quick , efficient and had the tire in stock. Awesome service we even stayed in the car while my 2 year old son with autism slept. I prayed we would find good people to help us and god answered. Thank you to everyone at that shop they all had a hand in getting us back on the road home to Texas. Bless these men and the work they do. You have no idea how helpless you are stranded on 1-10 with your kids… I was terrified. 10 stars ⭐️

Liz H We stopped to get our truck scanned as the check engine light came on. All it entailed was hooking the computer up and reading the codes. It took 10 minutes from us pulling in to them unhooking the computer and they charged us $160!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Price gouging.

Mike Mike I got here Friday night to get my trailer fixed up. They told me it’ll be fixed up the next day. So I waited the entire day. They told me that they’re going to get it fixed that day. So I called at 5 PM as I’ve been calling throughout the day to see what was going on because they barely touched my trailer. They waited till 5 PM to tell me it won’t be fixed until Monday. I could’ve got fixed at the Loves for all of that on Saturday, but they held me purposely so I don’t go anywhere I will never come here again.

Walter booker This has become my favorite diesel mechanic truck shop. They are very friendly, super knowledgeable of trucks and they do all can to gain your respect and trust. Their hourly rates are great. I only deal with them to work on my truck. I highly recommend them.

Elizabeth Holman Awesome people! We had vehicle problems on the way to vacation. We searched the internet for some place near by. The Firestone label caught my attention rather than independents. Jimmies looks a little rough on the outside, but inside, their knowledge and helpfulness changed our first impression. Greg went out of his way to diagnose our problem and locate the parts to fix it. We were too close to quiting time to get the parts, so he gave us some recommendations to lodging, and was ready to make the repairs first thing this morning! We were on the road well before noon, and he didnt hurt the pocket book!!! Thanks Jimmies, and especially Greg!!!!

Tammy Will If I could give a negative review I would. They hold hands with neighborhood HOAS. Total SCAM. No warnings about being towed, before it happens, NO appropriate street signs displayed about specific hours, or any clear indication of a tow zone or zones, if you are a guest you are in the dark about these rules. We tried to dispute this and they denied that they did. We have the receipt. Easy to follow up with me... I called you twice, my daughter called. We have a printed receipt. She drove by during daylight hours and there no post of towing and she was not warned as it happened during the middle of the night! Do you want to repay her?

Nurse 83 Honest work! They did it much faster than they said and for a little cheaper than they said also. We were able to bypass making an insurance claim when a tree shattered our panoramic sunroof by coming here and paid less than our deductible would have been! Well come here again in a heartbeat!

Brittany Harris I had to take my van in after hitting a deer. When I got it back it was cleaner on the inside and outside than before I took it in. It he inside even smelled so good!! They absolutely went above and beyond what I expected and I couldn’t be happier! I won’t take me vehicles anywhere else from now on!

Drew Sutton The wife and I are moving back home across country. We broke down in Jennings, FL, on a Saturday. Called numerous mechanic shops that wouldnt even give us the time of day or even call us back. Wife called Madison Automotive Repair Services and talked to John. He said not only could he help us but he would stay open late till we got there. We were able to limp the car there, to save the towing cost, but John gave us specific directions on how to get to his shop, so if needed he would send his tow truck to get us if needed. John and his Team went above and beyond to help us not only to insure we had a safe vehicle to continue our move but also financially because we were on a very tight budget. I would give 100 stars if I could. Whether you are local or just passing through, if you need a mechanic, take it to Madison Automotive Repair Services!
