The doctor seems super rushed. We was waiting in the waiting room for over 2 hours and he came in talked a bit and was done in less than 5 minutes LITERALLY! Didnt even get the point across to him at all. Needles to say we was waiting there for the doctor while the doctor was somewhere else and NOBODY told us anything we was just waiting in the room tirelessly. Highly upset about that. Atlantic Psychiatric Center - Palm Bay Anthony La Porta: Ivy, the TMS technician, was out of this world. The treatments were very good, I would recommend anyone who is feeling like medications aren’t doing anything to give TMS a shot. I feel empowered and ready to live the life I only dreamed was possible a couple of months ago. You deserve this, do it! When I first moved to Brooksville before this hospital was TGH my family and I always received the best care. All the staff members including the EMT staff went above and beyond with the care they provided. However today the bed side manner of the staff is complete and utterly rude. To tell someone that they cant be diagnosed and/or treated anymore and they should go some where else to find help is unacceptable. I was in tears and heart broken to receive this type of service. All I could do was to take my aches and pain with my head hung low and go home to deal with what I thought the ER could help with....Severe muscle spasms. Shame on you TGH Brooksville!!! The entire staff was informative, friendly and overall amazing. The scheduling process and day of texts were top tier. The location was easy to find and the office super clean and well organized. Medication’s were prescribed
When discussing the medication with this doctor, he was upset that I looked at this possible side effects for the medication
He tripled the dose of one of my mother’s medication’s, which was not advisable because when she was on it before with him, it made her catatonic
When I wouldn’t allow her to get that dose, he said well being that you’re looking things up online maybe we should part ways
Who would like a doctor that doesn’t want their patience or patience caregivers to be educated on the medication’s that the doctor is prescribing. Todays experience was wonderful. They were quick and efficient. The doctors are always kind , it was the wait that was frustrating last time.
Everyone is nice there. However, the last few times Ive waited 1.5-2 hours between the waiting room and the examining room (with an appointment). This time there were only 2 people ahead of me and I waited 45 minutes without ever being called back. From my previous experiences, I knew once I was called back it would be another 45 minutes at least, so we had to leave. I understand that happens when a place is busy but that wasnt the case. I will try again, when needed and update this post if it is better next time. Dr. John C. Turse, MD - Melbourne Lloyd Lowry: Dr. Turse immediately made me feel at ease during my appointment. I can’t recall a doctor with such a good “bedside manner” in my over 70 years of life. He also explained all aspects of an upcoming procedure with clarity and answered all my questions. This was my first visit to this office and all of the staff was pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend. Shery Varghese, MD - Palm Bay Pam Wildes: I saw Dr Varghese today for the first time. He removed an area for biopsy and I didn’t have any pain at all. He was very pleasant as were the staff. Basically no waiting…Whole experience of driving there, being seen and driving back to work was under an hour.
