5 /5 Ben Coleman: Took my 2011 Mercedes E350 in to figure out a couple of issues, the team over there did a great job diagnosing and identifying the problems. Their solutions were reasonable, and I certainly cant complain about the labor rates. Theyre fair and honest. If they tell you something needs to be done, you can count on it. If they tell you something can wait, theyre probably right. Unfortunately too many people buy used European cars without realizing the maintenance (especially the parts) costs associated with them.

5 /5 carlson678: I have a mini cooper and a Lexus SC430. Every time I have one of those mystery issues I can’t figure out I drop the car off and every time it’s something the mechanic figures out right off the bat. Very intelligent mechanic and very easy on my wallet. One time my mini had no power I thought my transmission was gone took it in I was prepared for the worse and he calls me a day later says a vacuume line came off he put it back on and told me to give him $50 for his time and we’ll call it good. Very honest mechanic. I’m pretty sure they are a family ran shop and these guys deserve the business.

1 /5 Tom U: I tried to give zero stars. Like other reviewers here, I found the owner beyond rude and condescending, I was also sworn at. I made an appointment to get my car on the alignment rack, at 8 AM. Later that day the owner called me and told me the rack was being used by his most important customer, himself. Thats when he cursed at me. I have never experienced customer service like this. Ive often been ripped off at a car repair place, but at least they are usually very nice about it. Would not recommend. I can only hope I got him on a very bad day. I hope the poor man is not like this all the time.

4 /5 Laura Dulong: I was glad to be able to take my car to Manatee Motorwerks as the repair at the dealership would have been more expensive. My car was repaired however, due to difficulties and unfortunate breakdowns of machinery needed to do the repair. My car was in the shop for three days rather than one. I did tell them that that was fine. I did not need my car, fortunately I was off work at the time. It’s a very small operation therefore, communication was sometimes difficult as I had to leave messages on the phone and when I stopped by, there would be nobody in the office. Overall, I am glad my car is repaired.
