Is she overly friendly? No, she is just quiet. But she is consistently fast and good. She remembers my specific preferences. I go in, read a magazine and I am out in great time, with nails done exactly the way I like. She catches any potential issues and their price has remained more than competitive. I would not go anywhere else.
