5 /5 Rob W: This repair shop goes above and beyond to help their customers. My wife and I travelled down from North Georgia, pulling our camper, when the transmission started to act up. We towed the Expedition down from Sarasota to our destination, and started looking for a shop. We found Marcs and opted for them because they were well reviewed and close enough to walk to. They said they would do their best to get us up and running as fast as they could, but couldnt promise as the parts might take a while. Low and behold....dropped off late on Monday, quoted on Tuesday....and done on Wednesday. The pricing was far less than I wouldve expected for a transmission issue. Staff was great and even offered me a ride back to my camper so I didnt have to walk. Awesome people.
