- Desoto County Health Department - Arcadia Zen Randall: Everyone in the Adult Dental department exceeded my expectations. From LeAnn to Diane to Dr. Tomas Perez to the hygienist, every staff member was friendly, professional, informative, and helpful. After my initial exam, they were able to add on a cleaning right after, to save me a second trip. Although this is more than an hours drive for me, the trip is well worth it, given my experience.

This is a place where they actually show that they care. my kids got braces there, and through all the time from the beginning to the end, the appointments were always stress-free they are very flexible, affordable, nice people, and this is why I gave them a five-star review.
- Desoto County Department of Health - Arcadia Morgan Way: Whoever answers the nursing staff line was very rude! And hung up on me while I was speaking to her. I was calling from a pharmacy to clarify a patients prescription and was hung up in the middle of talking. Customer service is everything and that staff member should not be answering the phone. She’s there to help people not hang up on them.
