Chelsea Dimond: 10/10 experience! I have unfortunately been to many ER’s in my 30 years of life. This had by far been the best. There is security/metal detector that you must go through when you enter which I appreciate. Triage was kind and attentive. I was taken to my own room and “Jo from patient services” offered my mom and I both heated blankets. Then mom was offered a variety of beverages and gram crackers. (I wasn’t because of testing I may need) My nurse Connor had been incredibly sweet, good humored, knowledgeable, and on-top of his game. Nobody has doubted or second questioned my experiences of symptoms. I haven’t had to advocate for myself because they have been quick to make sure I am heard and made comfortable. My MRI tech was extremely kind and gentle. And my doctor - Dr. Boystve - has been FANTASTIC. I am receiving expert care with top notch explanations of care. I also haven’t had to fight for pain medication which I deeply appreciate. Just an amazing experience- despite me having to be admitted and stay overnight
Skip Kaczynski: Monterey Animal Clinic is a great place for your pet. Cat or Dog, Big or Small. They have patient Veterinary doctors and assistants for special needs pets.
Sonia Valbuena: Fantastic right from the start. Friendly staff, friendly and approachable doctors, nice clean and new facilities. They explain every single step of the process. We are glad we were referred to this facility.
Mayra Acevedo: Got to the appointment 1hour n 1/2 early because I had an appointment for radiation near by n no patience their except us. But guess what, they still didnt take of him until his appointment time. Mind you they said arrive 1/2 an hour early. What would you have done. Go back home 45 minutes away. Go to appointment. Get mad at them. Or just stay clam n wait. Well we waited n said nothing. (Rough life) ps got seen at 1:04 pm
