1 /5 Mayra Acevedo: Got to the appointment 1hour n 1/2 early because I had an appointment for radiation near by n no patience their except us. But guess what, they still didnt take of him until his appointment time. Mind you they said arrive 1/2 an hour early. What would you have done. Go back home 45 minutes away. Go to appointment. Get mad at them. Or just stay clam n wait. Well we waited n said nothing. (Rough life) ps got seen at 1:04 pm

1 /5 Scarlett Steele: Came in yesterday with a sore throat that felt like there was a massive lump when I tried to swallow, all I wanted to get done was a strep test and make sure my tonsils were hunky-dory. Couldnt get it done at a walk-in clinic because of my insurance, so I called Martin Health scheduling (they are lovely folks), and they couldnt get me in with my primary care, so I got set up with an appointment to see Roxanne Stuart. Again, all I really wanted was to get a strep test and make sure my tonsils were okay, I wasnt making a big deal of it, I didnt think I was in dire straights, I wasnt exaggerated or panicked or anything else that I would feel would annoy a health practitioner. The nurse that was being trained during my appointment was very nice, as well as the front-of-desk staff. However, Roxanne Stuart was very rude/unkind. She acted like I was an annoyance from the second she stepped into the room, making sure to let me know multiple times that "I didnt need to come". Maybe she had a bad day before I came in, but honestly it was a bummer to be treated like I was an obnoxious inconvenience for having the audacity to come in to the doctors when Im sick.

1 /5 Gregory Lee: Worst patient service ever! My wife who has been suffering for months with hyperthyroidism has been the victim of poor medical practice and lack of care! They call the morning of and cancel the appointment and then say they can’t reschedule until December! The front desk lady needs a review of customer service. From our very first appointment she was wicked saying I couldn’t accompany my wife who is so weak she can’t walk alone. She has no compassion. My wife used to work in outpatient at Martin Health and this has gone down hill so fast!!! TERRIBLE!!

1 /5 Adrienne Collins: Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I have been trying to get into Rheumatology for 3 months now, this is the only office that takes my insurance, and Dr Pachiadee and her staff have failed to get me an appointment. She’s never spoken to me she’s never heard my symptoms or what I am going through, just based off lab work she is refusing to see me. Absolutely insane and disheartening that a Np can’t get into see a doctor based one ONE round of true blood work.

Richard Dube, MD - Stuart Sherry R: Dr Dube is the best doctor I’ve ever had. Throughout the years he has taken very good care of me, over and above what a doctor does. He listens very carefully. He reviews all notes and is up to date on all of my records. He’s always concerned about my well being. His assistant is a kind helpful, and decent person. She has always been very diligent to return my calls and is the best at listening and making sure I am well cared for. The staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate them. It’s almost impossible to find a good doctor who is very knowledgeable and up to date in his field that is the most competent doctor I have ever had. I have an almost ten year relationship with him. I would recommend him to anyone.

Cleveland Clinic Martin Health Urology - Stuart MELANIE THURSTON: I was at the ER and was told to follow up with Dr. Bower when I went to see him his nurse and himself were very kind and explained everything so I was able to understand. I ended up needing surgery pretty quickly and Dr. Bower was actually getting ready for vacation the next week so he actually scheduled my surgery on a day he doesnt usually do surgery, just so I could be taken care of. I think he is a fantastic Dr. also so is his nurse Rose. They both are very attentive and nice and explain everything in details. So I really appreciate them very much and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Stuart Urgent Care - Jensen Beach Rhonda Kopecky: I have used Stuart Urgent Care for years. I’ve referred both family members and friends and everyone has had a positive experience. The providers are knowledgeable, personable and seem to really enjoy their work. Medical assistants and X-ray staff are always pleasant and courteous. The front desk people are helpful and patient. When we walk into an urgent care, we are already not feeling well. I am happy to have them here to help us.

Direct Primary Care - Stuart JENNIFER MALOY: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dana Greene. From the very first visit, it was clear that she genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to truly listen, making sure we feel heard and understood, no matter how small or complicated our concerns might be. Her kindness and patience have meant so much us! It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled but also so compassionate and dedicated. We feel so incredibly fortunate to have found such a caring and supportive doctor. I will wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking genuine, thorough, and compassionate care.

Stuart VA Clinic - Stuart Joe Mack: Id love to give 5 stars but i cant i dont even want to give them one. Ive been coming here for at least 10 years and i think its time to make a change. Ive been waiting a month to get a consult for imaging and an MRI on a shoulder injury. I call multiple times a week and no one can ever seem to get the consult request pushed up to the practitioner. Ive been patient with everyone Ive talked to and Ive requested the manager a couple of times and i havent got a response from them either. Please Do Better.

She has been with us on the phone even when my daughter had an emergency and we needed to rush to the hospital. She explains everything in details. She is the best!

Doctors House Calls - Stuart amy m: My 96 year old mother who was no longer leaving her home, still needed care, even though she had documents stating she wanted little intervention. I always respected her wishes, while still trying to keep on top of simple medical needs. We had tried a couple of concierge nurse practioners, but it wasnt until I came across this organization (unfortunately late in the game), that I found the right fit for her. Her doctor Trevor Bailey was kind, understanding and helpful, but never pushed her to do any procedure she refused. He understood that her advanced age and my understanding of her desires allowed us both to make the best decisions for her. There was a regular number to call Monday through Friday like a normal doctors office and after hours they had a call number which I thought was fantastic and professional. He helped me decide when it was time to call hospice in and supported my decision to do so. He was always respectful to me and my mom without treating her like she was a child. This is an extremely valuable service for anyone who has a loved one who needs a doctor to come to them. They provide all the services they need also. I recommend them highly!

Pet Emergency of Martin County - Stuart Lexi M: If your pet needs help, bring them here! It was our first time coming to PEMC when we came home from an over night trip and one of our kitties seemed extremely sick. We were weary of just dropping our pet off, but the staff and doctors were so knowledgeable and reassuring. Within not even 10 mins of our boy Stitch being taken inside, the vet was out to speak to us about him. Our boy was in a “life threatening state of shock” due to a urinary blockage. They wasted no time caring for Stitch, they called and updated me with any changes, good or bad. Everyone I spoke to was honest (even through the bad news) and very kind and patient with all my concerns and questions. They saved our boy’s life, he didn’t have high chances of making it but they did everything they could and they got him back to health. Dr. Shepard and Steven, I thank you both with every beat of my heart. You were kind, honest, Knowledgeable, and very caring to all my concerns, questions, and most importantly, towards my kitty and his health needs. I cannot reiterate enough, IF YOUR PET NEEDS HELP, BRING THEM HERE! We took our boy home this morning and couldn’t be more grateful.
