It is a one-stop shop for a day of pampering. I received a 60-min relaxation massage from Terrye and a customized facial from Melissa and walked out feeling like a brand new woman. Everyone in the establishment was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely good at their profession. Terrye has magical hands and did such a great job with my massage that I felt like it was my duty to tell the world about her. I was so relaxed afterwards and she also worked out the tightness and knots in my neck and back, paying extra attention to those areas. She is knowledgeable about the body and worked on my hamstring that I had recently injured. I definitely feel a difference on the way my body feels. Melissa customized a facial to my needs and my skin never looked and felt better. She relieved the puffiness from around my eyes, which is one of my main skin care concerns. My husband commented on how smooth and glowy my skin was. She is very knowledgeable and picks the products that are just right for you. In addition, she even recommended an at-home routine for me so that I can achieve my skin care goals. She is always wonderful, listens to what I like and comes through with amazing designs! Nadia has also done my nails with excellent results. If there has ever been a concern, it’s been met with understanding and compassion to resolve. A+ ladies. Photos of designs I have requested and turned out amazingggg. The one photo of my pinky nail missing because of an injury I caused and letting my nail heal :)

Knowing what to look for in a hairdresser ( being one myself ) I knew pretty quick that this salon’s hairdresser’s were going to be knowledgeable at their profession and listening patiently to what cut I wanted. I actually enjoyed every minute I was there and laughed more then i had in months! I walked in not feeling very good about myself and a couple of hours later i walked out feeling confident, beautiful, and happy!!! Better then I have felt in months honestly! The salon in spacious with beautiful decor and the stylist were all very nice and made me feel comfortable and very relaxed!     Shear Pleasure Salon - Defuniak Springs Jasmine Castro: Ladies were nice. Should’ve waited for I think the owner to finish w her clients. I asked for a specific cut and got nowhere near that. Younger blonde girl was nice but she doesn’t have quite the experience and I should’ve known by how she touched my hair she wasn’t confident in herself. Lesson learned. I tried to save it as best I could when I got home. Didn’t work. Oh well.

    Afterglow Hair Salon - Defuniak Springs Michelle Martinez: After many, many failed haircuts here in the state of Georgia, I happened upon the owner and stylist Dani on a community FB page. She was ready for me at my appointment time and before she did anything, she actually ran her hands through my hair. No one in this state has done that before. Well, when she was done whole I could NOT contain my giddiness as it’s been a few years since I had a great haircut. She hit the nail right on the head.
