1 /5 Aygul Mann: I went to Erica for a haircut today for the first time, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I showed her a photo of how I wanted my hair cut, with a longer length and a soft fade. However, Erica cut my hair way too short, almost down to the skin, which is nothing like what I asked for. In the second photo, you can see just how short she cut it—it’s not at all what I wanted.
The whole process took almost an hour, even though the cut she did could have been done with clippers in 5-10 minutes. During that time, Erica was constantly talking to other clients and stylists, barely paying attention to me. She hardly asked about my preferences or checked with me before cutting, and just went ahead and shaved it all off without showing me the progress. I only saw the final result at the end, and I was nearly in tears seeing how much hair was gone.
I am very upset that I paid so much for a haircut that left me feeling devastated. Now I’ll have to spend months growing it out just to feel like myself again. This experience completely ruined my mood, and I’m extremely disappointed. Totally unprofessional.
